Joy C never fails to greet me and my two dogs with a smile every week. She is so kind and always accommodates me in anyway and has the best conversations with me asking how I am making each day brighter than when I got there! We always look forward to our weekly bank visits!

I was ignored by Jessica & Alex for at least 30 minutes as they walked by me multiple times & didn't acknowledge me. At least Alex seemed to be helping other customers & greeted me after about 30 minutes. I believe Jessica went to take a break after about 20 minutes of me waiting, not sure what she was doing before that considering she didn't have anyone in her office. She seemed miserable. No Hi, I'll be with you as soon as possible. Just completely ignored the fact I was STANDING in waiting area walking by me with a scowl on her face. There was no missing me. I had questions about getting a refund to a gift card. Nothing but problems trying to accomplish the easiest tasks. I wouldn't put a penny in that business. Rudest money establishment I've ever been to. If not for having to go there because gift card was purchased there, I wouldn't go anywhere near there. Completely incompetent as far as I can tell. However, Aleece was delightful & extremely helpful once I got helped. Nothing got accomplished, but she tried & was as confused as I was after more than an hour & multiple calls to ATIRA & credit union managers. NEVER BUY AN ATIRA GIFT CARD. THEY ARE SCAMMERS MASQUERADING AS GIFT CARD COMPANY. They have my funds, which they confirmed multiple times & won't release them to me. Keep telling me 3-5 business days to figure out next step everytime I call. It's been 3 weeks. ATIRA has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Even the supervisors just repeat the same stuff I've been told, not supervising, not helping while telling me he's doing all he can. A supervisor that can't fix a simple issue is not a supervisor. Eventually I'll get a new card sent to me(as that is only option), hopefully. They may just steal my money, who knows. Complete BS. In my eyes they've stolen my money. Even if they give it back, I lost a bunch of time & my time is valuable. Wasting hours trying to accomplish something that takes no more than 5 minutes is ridiculous.

Poor quality assurance on loan applications. Assistant Branch manager missed mistakes on my application after running it up the chain and them accepting responsibility for the mistakes. Choose to fix the mistakes as they see fit instead of how I asked them to correct it. Absolute incompetence from the Assistant and Branch Mangers and then was insulted by the regional manager of Navigant for this location.

Incredibly rude staff. They saw I was struggling with the coin machine and instead of helping talked with attitude about how everyone put their money over the weekend, as if I need to hear that. If you don’t have enough staff to empty it out hire more or put a sign explaining the machine closes at 3 from now on, not that it’s out of service, which is what the sign says. People choose their bank for good service and I’ve only had issue after issue with navigant. Not to mention they don’t answer phones and are incredibly hard to reach. Maybe put a sign up saying the machine closes at 3 every day because no one wants to hear a story about how understaffed you are, while you get paid more than enough for your job. If you don’t have the time to talk to me normally and without attitude make the time to make a more clear sign. I don’t understand what these people get paid for and why navigant expects customers to choose them when the service is lazy.
