I'm so disappointed. I was excited to bring my car back here after living out of state for a year. I had nothing but incredible experiences prior. This time, I brought my car in for 0730 with a couple concerns. Mid day I called to find out what was going on and was told the person who could diagnose things wouldn't be in until Monday. When I called again to see if I could pick it up they were like oh you need a new battery soon. I would have had them replace it if they told me?? I spent $50 taking Uber to/from the shop today and nothing got fixed. They were supposed to fix a squealing belt and when I turned on my car after pick up it is still squealing. $50 and a whole day wasted and nothing got fixed.... I really needed this done and I trusted this place to be professional and competent and I feel so let down

I went early in the morning for an appointment and even though the system wasn't working well, the worker was polite and patient and got to work on the problem, which was what I presumed to just be a tire with an air problem. Not only did he look through the car to see any possible problems, but after some trial and error, he found the actual problem with the tires. He brought me out to physically see the problems, but explained them to me and pinpointed the true issue. What really topped it off was even after being there for around 40 minutes, he gave me options of what to do and how to proceed without any big payments until it was the right time and didn't charge me a penny. I'm definitely going back when I go get these problems solved

I recently visited this Monroe location for a brake replacement, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Darrin, the manager. Darrin was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the details of the brake replacement, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was completed efficiently. His friendly and knowledgeable approach made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Monroe, and especially Darrin, for any auto service needs.

I brought my car in immediately after hitting a nearby pothole that caused a flat tire. Darren was at the counter and was extremely helpful. He was very polite and did all he could to ensure that my tire could be replaced within a short amount of time. His quiet, yet knowledgeable demeanor, helped was so appreciated. There were other customers in the store but he appeared efficient and calm. After a few weeks when I realized I needed the receipt, but couldn’t find it, I called Darren, again, to see if he could provide a copy. He, again, very patiently and calmly said he would be happy to email the receipt to me. Darren is a credit to Monroe Tire on Mendon Rd in Cumberland. He is a wonderful customer service employee and should be recognized.

I’ve been getting oil changes here for years. I believe the prices are the best around. There have been different managers along the way but the current manager, Darrin, is by far the best. He keeps things running smoothly, really listens to questions and concerns and has the best attitude! Shout out to the technicians, too. They are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

Made an appt in the AM for an appt that day. Appt was accepted, but was told after waiting for 40 minutes that the oil change could not be done since they did not have access to the tool box at the Cumberland location and all they needed was a phillips and a flathead screw driver. How on earth are tools like that not readily available for any worker in that location on a given day? With that said, why was my appt accepted anyway? I wasted over an hour going to/from and waiting only to drive off with nothing to show for it. On top of that, I was told it was going to be over $100 for an oil change that ive never paid more than $80 for anywhere else. Just poorly managed.

Great experience with this shop. I got a flat on a Saturday and called to see if I could come for a replacement, Darrin ended up taking care of it and he was able to replace all four of my tires for me, he even stayed an hour late just to get it done, amazing service and after a horrible weekend of car trouble I couldn’t be more appreciative of the quick and amazing service I received from him.
