I don't even know where to start. CVS has turned into the worst experience ever. They could care less about customer service and needs. It's all about how much money Karen Lynch the CEO can make. As soon as our prescriptions are finally ready we will be switching.

I just called to check my prescription status and spoke to Judy, who was one of the rudest, most miserable people I have ever dealt with at any company. She actually hung up on me and was angry that I called. What is going on at this location??
