Is Reliable, Honest, so much integrity. She takes time and patience to explain everything in detail for me and my Husband. Considering he also has dementia, whenever he does get some confusion he will literally tell me make sure you ask for Keri to come she's the girl that explains to me correctly. Believe me that speaks volumes. .from the moment she arrives to the time she leaves we are very grateful for her positive, patience, and knowledge

I placed an order for nebulizer sets and received nasal canula sets instead. This took 10 to 14 days, not sure, but I waited a fair amount of time. When I finally received the package and found the error, I called again and received my package overnight which was very appreciated. Here is the kicker, I was told that I had to return the package. There was no return mail for errors. My question is, does my insurance get reimbursed for the error when I return the package?

It’s the most ridiculous thing… I cannot get a normal invoice, sometimes I get them sometimes I don’t and then when I request a statement it takes like 10 days to get one or you don’t get it at all. I have FSA and I have to substantiate these bills when I pay it I don’t understand why I cannot get a monthly statement, in the mail and I give them my address over and over and over again! oh, and when I do get a statement it’s not a statement it’s an itemized thing in excel. (It a little confusing to be honest….Looks nothing like a statement) I have to call them today. This will be the third time that I’ve called requesting a statement, the same statement unreal!

I had trouble with the concentrator they had brought me. I would turn it on and it would go off a few seconds later. They brought me another one as soon as I called about the problem.

Lincare is one of the single most frustrating companies to deal with. I had returned the CPAP that was sent to me and it took multiple calls for them to cancel the recurring orders for parts. These parts would be delivered and than I and my insurance would be billed for them. Honestly any other way to get your CPAP and CPAP supplies would be a better alternative. Their business practices borders on fraud.
