Bought two used cars from Joe over the past 15 years and they ran great. Just brought cars in for maintenance and usual wear and tear stuff as expected over the years. The cars he sells are worthy. He is honest and great at what he does.(repairs too) Even though it's a small garage and basic office, don't let that discourage you. It is very hard to find someone honest in the used auto business it seems. Been very happy with him. By the way, the cars he sold me kept running. I only bought one car for lower mileage and my next car because I sadly totalled a perfectly good car, otherwise it would have lasted much longer. You can trust Joe.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Joe's Auto Sales and I have to say it was a very good experience. When I first went to look at the used Tacoma, which is a good hour from my home in MA, Joe was very accommodating and up front with everything about the truck. After a quick test drive and discussion with Joe, I bought it. Joe had all the paperwork ready, which was no small trick since the truck was titled in NY, I purchased in RI and is to be registered/titled in MA. He also went the extra mile (no pun intended) to fully service the vehicle before the delivery - all fluids, serpentine belt, brakes, filters - you name it. I would not hesitate to buy from Joe again!

I had my car Serviced at Joe's and considering what was done to it,he got it driving back to normal, considering my catalytic converter was taken out my car,it was getting awful gas mileage,02 sensor needed a Universal converter,a tune up and a hole in my muffler,Joe did the Best he could, considering the year of my car too,it was a 2005 Ford Focus,but he got it running good, thankyou Joe and your workers I'm very Happy ?? Thanks

I would never go to Joe's Auto Service again. They are very unprofessional. They did work on my vehicle that resulted in multiples issues. Leaking power steering fluid, when oil change was done they put silicone seal all around the oil pan now no one will touch the vehicle to do an oil change, thanks Joes. Joes did not provide transparency of what they did and the underlying issues. When brought to their attention they stated there is nothing they can do, not how a business should be ran. Their poor work and lack of attention to detail will never bring me back there again. Never go there unless you want to get ripped off.
