Very rude woman who answers the phone. Very bad service. I asked her to pull up the work order for my truck and she told me she can’t help me then hung up on me!
Wow just wow!
Oh and they broke the chrome grill and never even mentioned it at pick up. ????

I have been doing business with Galinda’s for 34 years and I have referred all of my customers that need service to them. Pat who runs the office is an angel. All the mechanics are knowledgeable and very helpful. I will keep on referring my customers to them and keep on bringing all of my families cars there for the best service in the business. Thank you to Pat, Dan, Joe, Mike and Cesar for all you do for not just me, for everyone else that I send to you.

Very fast, friendly and helpful …! I came here two times Mike helped me out .! Yesterday around 4:30pm I called Mike because my car was running weird .! He said if you can bring your car here right now I will check it out ..! I did
He connect the car to the computer see what was wrong he said leave your car here tonight first thing in the morning I will take care of it..! I didn’t have a ride to home … he drove my car to drop me and my doggy home … what a great human being..! And like he said next day it was ready. I didn’t plan this happened very quickly.! Thank you so much Mike you are such an inspiration to other mechanics ?..! Have a blessing day

We needed new rotors and brake pads. Dan took our car in and got the car done quickly and for less than half the price of another local repair shop in town. The car now sounds awesome and stops on a dime.

I brought my car to Galinda's because they service GWC warranties. They did not say they were too busy at this time. I called after a day--they said they hadn't looked at it. I called 4 days later--they said they still hadn't looked at it. On the second to last day at 530pm, I asked if the keys and warranty were still in the vehicle--they still hadn't looked at it, but told me that it had had a dead battery at 8am that morning (battery was not dead when it was towed there--I brought it in for an issue with the power steering rack), so they couldn't start looking at it. The next morning, they said they had just pushed it into the garage and were charging it. At this point, they had had my car for a week and a day and admitted to only pushing it into the garage. I told them I needed to bring it to another shop--within a few hours, the battery was no magically longer dead (the second shop ran a test and found no issues with the battery) and I towed my car away from Galinda's. Galinda's staff were extremely rude and irritated every time I called and even hung up on me as I was speaking. They made it seem unreasonable that I would call a few times over a period of 8 full days. When I brought up that I needed my car to get to work and was facing disciplinary action for not being able to get to work (after 7 days), they said they have 30 cars ahead of me--if you have 30 cars sitting in your shop for a week, you should have never accepted my car and you need to reevaluate your business practices.
