“I went in “just looking” for a new mattress and adjustable bed. Dan Myers met me at the door and spent over an hour with me trying different mattress, answering my questions about the adjustable bases and generally working to understand my needs. There was no pressure at all to buy. He just wanted to be sure I understood my options. I didn’t buy that day but went back a few days later because we also needed to get a twin mattress for another bedroom. He was just as patient the second time around! I ended up purchasing the original queen mattress and adjustable base as well as a twin mattress. It was a wonderful experience. “I thought this was going to be a very arduous porocess to get a permanent gazeebo for our backyard. Gazeebo Joe's was able to get this done faster than I ever thought. They were helpfull in making sure I had thought of all the things that I would encounter along the way and made sure that they were not a problem. The price was better than any that I found. I was told it would be a month for delivery and they delivered early. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.”

“Worked with Christian on getting a new shed in 2022 and he helped come up with options to fit our needs. They came and prepped the area for the install and shed was delivered and looks great. Came back this year 2023 and got a Cupola & Eagle Weathervane for the shed as well as a new mailbox which they came out and installed. Both times everything from working with Christian as well as the install of the items was great. The shed looks even better now with the Cupola & Eagle Weathervane on it. I would highly recommend Outdoor Personia the team they have is great, they work with you to make sure that you get what you need and follow up to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. “I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had purchasing a mattress at Simon's Furniture in Franklin. After reading (negative) reviews of the competing big chain mattress stores, I wanted to find a more personalized purchasing experience and I certainly did at Simon's. The sales staff (Mike and June) took the time to guide me and even had a training executive (Lisa) from Stearns & Foster/Sealy answer several of my detailed questions. But the one thing that stood out to me about the competency of Simons' sales staff was their patience and expertise. When I was torn between two different models, a salesperson (Mike) suggested laying quietly on each mattress for 15-20 minutes. That was the difference-maker. It took some time but after doing so, it was obvious which mattress suited me best. Mike also explained the various options for the box springs and adjustable bases. the model I bought was in stock and was delivered for free within a few days by an amazing team. They carried the mattress and base upstairs and offered to assemble everything. Then they removed the old mattress ($50 fee). If you're looking for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and visit the bedroom showroom at Simon's Furniture (it's in one of the two lower-level showrooms). The showroom has as many, if not more mattresses on the floor as any of the big chain stores. They have options at every price point too. I highly recommend Simon's for their outstanding customer care and range of products.”
“I have been using knock on wood for years, and love the quality of the furniture. I had bookcases a kitchen island and side tables which were stained to match my furniture. I was shocked about the fire but so happy they have a bright new location. We just ordered a new kitchen island and they have the same great service! No other place like it!”
