“I really usually hate coming to this location the people that are usually there just make you not want to be there && only go when I’m tired to don’t feel like traveling further and it’s close by ..but I went there wed night . When Ashley was working . I had to switch my daughters line to another phone after she broke hers. There was only one person when I got there && within minutes the store filled with 5 more & Ashley was the only one there and it was about an hour to til closing . She was so friendly and helpful to every single customer . She really went above and beyond and made my whole experience great , since I wasn’t happy mt daughter broke her phone to begin with . Thanks again Ashley. Would come here if there were more friendly staff like her.”

They had great deals, excellent plans/comparative value, and a good selection of phones and accessories to choose from.Thanks to Victoria's helpful demeanor, willingness to trouble shoot, and extensive phone knowledge, my husband and I were able to switch to Verizon from TMobile, get new phones, and keep a relatively similar bill price. “My mother's old dryer needed a switch. Everywhere I called wanted to refer me to a tech and have someone come out. I spoke to Mike over at lambco not only did he not try to upsell me or have a "tech come check it out" he was able to have that part in my hand same day 2 hours from when speaking to him on the phone. Showed up with the old part matched it up to confirm it was the right one with the right part number and I was on my way. Great customer service and it seems like an all around great place. When I walked in I was greeted immediately no standing around. Got an issue go speak to Mike over at lambco or any of the great staff they'll set you up right. Thanks again guys!”

“About two weeks ago, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Yadira. Prior to going to this physical location, I called Metro's customer service to switch devices, as I had already purchased another phone. I was told that this particular device was not compatible with my plan or even with Metro, but I was eligible for an upgrade and that I should try a physical location. It seemed unfortunate, but I knew I had to address this by buying a new phone. That same day, Sunday, about an hour before closing, I entered the store and explained the situation, ready to buy a new phone. Yadira felt confident that the phone I had already purchased was, in fact, compatible with Metro's service and said she would check. Her doing this for me saved me several hundred dollars (as she confirmed I could use the device). It took her about 10 minutes for her to setup. It was a breeze! And I was able to get a case for the phone as well. What would have cost hundreds became $25 to transfer to the device, and the cost of the cellphone case. Yadira is friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your help and for making everything so simple!”

“I went in after my phone was acting clitchy..Was saying I had no Sim card. Multiple times of turning it off and on. Bigger issue was that my mom was hospitalized after a fall sustaining a wrist fracture but more importantly was apparently having a heart attack...I went to the hospital and was the life line to convey all info to my family.Anyway huge shout out to Will who got me in and out within a few minutes.A thank you is hardly enough..Much appreciated”

“I use self checkout most times. Store shelved are pretty empty. Few things I came for I did not find and lots of aisles partially blocked with pallets of goods needed to be shelved with no one around to do such. Floors are clean except from merchandise that shoppers have dropped on the floor and have not picked up to replace on the shelves (even bread). I just don't get it.”
