very disappointed in the recent requests for our new rescue dog that we wanted to have a wellness check on. we have been customers for more than 25 years and could not believe how we were treated. well after all the Covid outbreaks, January new variants and relaxing of all mask mandates and other businesses opening to their customers, you did not allow us any exceptions to come in with our dog. We told you he was a flight risk, had spent 2 months in a shelter and we needed to be with him, your response was to drop him between the doors. A basic too bad, this is our policy and you are free to go elsewhere. Never in my life have we had such bad customer service from an establishment that we had been with for so many years. The staff has changed so much and could care less about the customer needs or your pets. It was ok to come in to put my other pet to sleep during the height of covid, though. We would not recommend you to anyone that we know after how we were treated. Simply awful ~buyer beware if you want any level of compassio.

I was away on vacation my daughter called and they wouldn’t see him. She took him to Ocean state where he later died.

Dr. Enos has been our vet since 2012. She and the entire Diamond Hill team are caring and compassionate. We are happy to entrust the health of our canine kids to these wonderful folks.

Dr. Summer Enos and the vet techs at Diamond Hill Animal Clinic are amazing! They truly care for the animals they see and it make the usual anxious vet appointments so much better. We would HIGHLY recommend them time and time again. They were able to do our first dogs surgery right in house which put us at ease knowing they know how much our pups mean to us! A++ Vets and A++ People!

The staff at Diamond Hill were very nice. They made our 15 yr old cat's passing very comfortable for her & for us. They gave us time to be with her before her passing & after. No rushing at all. I would recommend this Animal Clinic.

Completely satisfied using them as my vet of choice for all 4 of my cats. They are accommodating and extremely pleasant to talk to over the phone. They are professional and quick even with the covid situation going on.

I am giving 5/5 to Diamond Hill Animal Clinic. I transferred my dog from a clinic in Providence to this one which is located in a less populous area. The staff is very professional handling the medical records and responsive. The cost is very affordable. And they called me next morning with my dog's heart worm test result so that I can place an order online. Overall, I highly recommend it. Beside, you can also walk your dog to Diamond Hill Park, a hidden gem from the city.

Ok, I bought a pet carrier at Walmart,to bring my very nervous rescue for his first vet visit. We get all the way into the parking lot and the carrier breaks. My terrified, previously abused cat sees his opportunity, and is off to the races. The ladies who work there, even though it was 90°, were outside In the woods on the side of the vets office and behind trying there hardest to help rescue my rescue. I was in full 100% panic mode. It took a long time, a lot of coaxing, a bunch of prayers and a perfect stranger to pull up and scoop him but we did it. This place and the people who work there are amazing. Genuinely good people who care about what they do..
