WARNING Do No Do Business with Dead Jeep. I sent them parts to repair. It was 2 door handles for a 55 Willy's Wagon. First spoke to a guy that said yes send them and we cam repair them, that was Dec 9 2023 it is now April 11, 2024. I have called over 40 times and send emails They NEVER Answer the phone or return phone calls OR emails. One time a call was answered a Lisa picked up for 3 seconds and hung up cut the call off . I did even tje to say my name. In my voice messages I asked to call me I would send them a UPS return label to send my parts back even if they are not fix. NONE not a word. I believe they must have sold or used my parts on another truck. Do Not Trust These Business .RIP OFFS Ralph D.

Customer service sucks they dont answer calls they dont return emails took my money on the 3rd of march and ghosted me, i even waited the 10 business days and my their lack of response clearly show they could care less. Spend your money somewhere else i woild give a negative 15 stars if i could Answer to the owner i sent 2 messages after you closed? No i send them way before close and i tryed calling for 3 days you can say what ever you want be almost every review is the same as mine you dont answer the phones and or emails and thank you for the refund you also asked to give you more time 10 business days aint enough to contact your customers? How much more time do you want 3 months?

I purchased a transmission that was sold as in good usable condition, and was supposedly gone through by their transmission expert. Waited weeks to get the transmission, paid for install, there was absolutely no 4th gear in the transmission. Called the company and they said send it back and we will go through the transmission and send it back to you (I requested a different transmission and they said they had to go through this one and send the same one back).I get the transmission back that was gone through again by their "expert" and I now have 4th gear but now 5th gear jumps out when you let off the throttle and it has a terrible vibration and whine while running in 5th gear. I am sure this transmission won't last long but I cant afford to have yet another transmission removed.Terrible company, terrible shipping, and terrible customer support. Do not purchase from these crooks.

Thought I had found a good outlet for parts, boy was I wrong. Shipping time is lacking, They send a transmission with a broke mounting hole, all the seals were leaking. They offered to refund or send back for repair. Keep in mind, I had already been waiting for 2 weeks on a transmission advertised as a good used ready to run.

Orderd a transmission in August said it would show up September didn't arrive till January with a broken top cover and no shifter called them the said the would send a shifter and talk to the transmission specialist and call me back no call back or shifter would not recommend would not buy anything from them again

After a some mild confusion about business days vs calendar days (not specified on site) we received our new transmission right within the advertised time frame. Thr part was in excellent working condition. Would highly recommend them.

don't.just don't. you will wait forever and not get your part. if they do answer the phone they will tell you it will ship soon. it won't.

I would give zero if I could. Absolutely horrible. "7-10 business handling days" ya right, It's been almost a month! Nothing! I called multiple times, emailed and no reply . Do not use them.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They will never send anything they will just feed you nonsense. It should be telling they literally have a "where is my part" video on YouTube, as in everyone asks constantly. SERIOUSLY, do not waste money and time.

Took over a month to get a hubcap when it says within a week and when I finally got it it was broken DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, they are treading on the fine line of a scam
