You can never call and talk to an actual person. For my kids medication the automated system tells me they do not recognize the birth dates. Then it wont let me talk to someone. I have waited an hour prior to driving there to be told it’s not ready. Very inconvenient for those with little kids. Some people have serious questions about medication. My son in the CICU will leave the hospital with over 9 medications for his heart condition HLHS. I will be going to a different pharmacy that cares about those who use their pharmacy. I want to talk to someone when I have questions and concerns. I feel bad for the elderly who do not have smart phones or computers to look online. Those are the ones who have the most medications. It’s sad CVS has become a company like this.

A pharmacy closed for lunch? You cant staff it and space it out for lunches? And your phone system caused stress!!! You literally go through a ton of questions for it to say “goodbye” and never gets you to a human ! Come on cvs , do better!!!

Usually, I've had good experiences at this CVS. Certainly one of the better ones in the town.

Pharmacy "delayed" my script order for 4 days, didn't respond to any voicemails, essentially making me go down there just to get my prescription moving along. Even then its wasn't ready when they told me it would be.
But hey, they finally responded to my voicemails AFTER I picked up my script. What a joke.

I don't even know where to start. CVS has turned into the worst experience ever. They could care less about customer service and needs. It's all about how much money Karen Lynch the CEO can make. As soon as our prescriptions are finally ready we will be switching.

I have never had a problem with cvs pharmacy but now whenever I need a prescription filled I don't get it for a week or more late. These are meds that I CANT BE LATE TO TAKE!!!!! it's Unacceptable! Need to transfer my prescription ASAP!!!!! I called and left a not so nice message for them to call me back because I need my prescription asap and what do you know 20 mins later it was filled. Now I had to sit in line for over 30 mins waiting with 4 cars in front of me! It's crazy!

There always behind, people go there for nothing, the meds are never ready, real poor service, switching pharmacies!!!!!!!

Probably one of the most unorganized pharmacies. There is no reason for this place to have a five car line every single time you try and go through the drive thru no matter what time of day. Unpleasant staff doesn’t make up for the long wait either.. do better.

When you call to speak to the pharmacy, you now have to leave a voicemail and wait for someone to call you back. Yeah right, good luck with that. Time to switch to Walgreens..
