Went to Cumberland tire today they took me in last minute and mounted and balanced two tires for my work van. Very professional with there service . They did not turn me away because I bought the tires on my own.This is definitely my new local serviceStation . Thank you so much !!!

Definitely wouldn’t do business with this place they scammed my grandfather out of $55 on an inspection sticker knowing the car would fail for the ONE rear window being tinted. Knowing it would fail you shouldn’t accept the car. 0 stars is what this place deserves.

Got a flat Friday night and their team was able to patch my tire and fix her up on Saturday morning. Great speedy service. Even inspected my tire to make sure it was ok before use.

Got a flat tire. Called around. No other tire center was able to accommodate me quickly. These guys replaced my tire in about an hour. So glad I found them. Neighborhood, family owned business. Good people here. Support your local small business. ???

Well, after getting several quotes on 4 Tires they were the lowest price. Still skeptical I went to save about $20 per tire. Great service, very satisfied. Two days later I realized I needed an inspection on the same car. So I brought it there. Again perfect. Very honest, very professional. Great new find. Good auto service is hard to come by. Thanks

It was the worst experience I ever had. I bring my car for a inspection at 11.48 am and the owner told me that every one was going to lunch and they will be back 1:30 PM I Went back to work., went I came back I spooked to the receptionist and she told me tha will take no more that 15 minutes. And to bring the keys and the registration. I came back and she get up to help me and he yell at her told her to pay attention to him. The when she finish with him she grabs my keys and registration. I waited 45 minutes, during that time a nother customer came for the rejection that he gave him, to be taking care of. He told the rest of us that he gave him a rejection and he wanted to get alot of money for the work, and he bring his car to another place and they charge him more that half of what he was charging him?. then I pleased ask the owner after I waited 45 minutes, how much time it will take, he look at me and told me that if i wanted i can get my keys and come back went i have more time! I THENT GOT UPSET and went inside his shop and told him that I will take his suggestion. The he got more mad and said it will take 5 more minutes and to pay the receptionist. They don't take credit cards or checks. I hat to wall almost a 1/2 mile to the Santander back on broad st. To get the cash. Went I came back waite another 5 minutes to get his attention. He rejected my sticker and gave me a list of thinks that need to fo to pass the inspection Suppricely the light of the plates that I check the day before was Burn.? He said that I need the stavalicer bar and so on and so on. I went there because I was recommended by Ray The owner of Town Car USA. That has the best costumer service. Sadly MR Gallindo will never reach his level. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOVATION TO DO YOUR BUSSINESS. I GIVE THE A CERO STARS I WILL ALSO TRANCELATE THIS TO SPANISH BECAUSE I KNOW HE Stereotype people. I am very disgusted

Stopped in today for my car's every-two-year Rhode Island State inspection. My registration is current but I left the current paperwork at home. Instead of sending me away, the manager called the DMV and asked if he could inspect with an expired registration. He could. I waited 30 minutes and the car was done. They replaced a broken taillight for a modest $6. A very professional operation. In business for 40 years. I highly recommend them.
