We are so happy with the final look of our kitchen. Cumberland Kitchen & Bath was so easy to work with, from the very beginning when Tom came to our home and sat with us to discuss what we had in mind. He was amazing he knew exactly what I wanted and the finished look is stunning Everyone in the office was so easy to get in contact with if any issues came up they called us back immediately. We are so happy we chose Cumberland Kitchen if we ever decide to change our bathroom we know exactly who to call.

We had a beautiful kitchen remodel, along with luxury vinyl flooring installed by Cumberland Kitchen and Bath beginning in December 2022 with a final walk through in March 2022. The kitchen is beautiful, functional and exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, in the summer of 2023 we noticed a bump, or buckle in our floor under an area rug. CKB immediately responded and the owner came out, measured and took photos. Then we waited. After I placed three phone calls, and waited three weeks, she finally responded. She said she consulted with the installer and manufacturer and they concluded this was “normal wear and tear”, possibly due to moisture or improper cleaning methods. She told me the flooring has a lifetime warranty but CKB has a one year labor warranty. Since I called 6 months beyond that year the repair would be at our expense. After consulting with family, friends and flooring professionals, I responded to the owner that we believed buckling was a result of the floor being “too tight”. I asked that the installer come out and show us the expansion gap between the flooring and the walls since there was no evidence of the required 1/4 to 1/2 inch gap. She told me the installer would not come out for consultation but only for repair, at our expense. After much deliberation, we decided to go ahead with the repair. For 5 weeks I reached out to the owner with emails and phone calls but all went unanswered. Interestingly, my phone calls went directly to voicemails but if I called on another phone the call went through to the office. End result, I went into CKB and spoke with the owner. She said since I called this issue a “flooring disaster” and brought in other professionals, there was a “trust” issue and CKB would no longer do the repair.
Please get a copy of the contract and clearly read it if you choose this company. We did not receive a written contract, only many invoices.
Cumberland Kitchen and Bath often state that they are all about customer satisfaction and they take pride in all they do but in our experience those good relations expired with the one year warranty.
Also immediately go to their showroom if they don’t respond to phone calls or emails, it could save you a lot of time.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Cumberland Kitchen. First, Lisa came out to our home and made some wonderful suggestions on how to redo our kitchen. Then we went to the showroom, and she show us pictures of the kitchen. We discussed a few changes and then picked out the cabinets, countertop, floor, etc. They gave us a start and finish date and a price (which were all met). All the the contractors came on time and did excellent work. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Cumberland Kitchen

We recently had our kitchen renovated and we could not be happier with the results, the staff we worked with, or the ease of the process. Lisa, our designer presented us with a beautiful design and was will to make adjustments beased on our feedback. The project ran smoothly and we were always in loop on what was upcoming. When we ran into a delay with the tile delivery it was handled efficiently and the project continued to move forward. There were no budget surprises. I am loving my new beautiful and functional kitchen. It made entertaining over the holidays a pleasure.

We are very happy with our two remodeled bathrooms; we are finally out of the 1980s! The staff at Cumberland Kitchen and Baths was great to work with from the design phase to addressing final details. As with any big project, there were a few hiccups along the way. However, the staff was always reassuring and resolved each issue promptly. See the before and after photos to appreciate the transformation.

For our first home remodel project ever, we decided to go with the professionals at Cumberland Kitchen & Bath for a kitchen makeover and to install hardwood flooring in the living room and hallway. We met with Designer Teresa Gaudet in our kitchen so she could see the space, take measurements, and see how we can better utilize our countertop spaces, etc. Her design really wowed us and got us very excited to embark on this journey. She guided us in the Showroom with her talented and tasteful eye on selecting the cabinet color/style, countertop material, lighting fixtures, backsplash, and flooring. That can be quite overwhelming because there are so many choices, but she made it rather easy for us. She managed to eek out some extra inches of space in our design layout so we could have lazy Susan-type corner cabinetry. It was great to work with Joanne Carr and Colleen Sheridan in the office on scheduling and project management - they are so personable and made us feel that we were in great hands at all times. Great communication and responsiveness! The entire process, once it began, took 3 weeks, as promised. The only glitches we experienced were that our front door alarm wire was cut inadvertently during floor installation (CK&B agreed to cover that cost), the post-renovation cleaning services provided left out the living room and hallway (I did it myself), and the refrigerator with water/ice hook-up wasn't re-installed on the final day as promised so we had to do that ourselves (and we dented the floor in the process - it took 3 men to move it). And some small touch-ups are needed for backsplash tile grout that is settling/cracking in a few spots (which the owner told us is normal and CK&B will handle it for us). Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend CK&B to anyone. Having them oversee and manage the project with all the details, timeline and subcontractors involved is worth the price in saving you stress. I would not recommend doing it yourself!! Call the professionals at CK&B. The end result for us is a beautiful, modern kitchen and living room/hallway space that we can be very proud of and enjoy for years to come. Thank you to the entire CK&B team who worked on our project!

After our first consult and return to see what Lisa put on the vision board, she NAILED IT! Lisa was spot on with what we wanted with only very minor tweaks. Thank you Lisa.Rich (carpenter), Tom (plumber), Jon (painter), Eliseu (tile), and Colleen (Proj Mgr) were all very professional and are experts at their trade. All did an extremely good job and there's nothing we did not like!I would highly recommend Cumberland Kitchen and Bath for any kitchen or bathroom remodel you may need.

Our experience with CKB on our kitchen remodeling project was great. From design to installation, they coordinated all of the details, delivering a really beautiful and functional kitchen.Lisa's recommendations and attention to detail ensured that installation was a snap. That included planning for the location of all new appliances, which fit perfectly in the space she allocated for them.All of the trades associated with the project arrived on time, were professional, and performed quality work.My wife and I are very pleased that we selected CKB for this important remodeling project.

When we decided to do our kitchen over, our first place we checked out was Cumberland Kitchen and Bath. We hit it off immediately with the owner Rita. She was so welcoming and kind and took the time to explain the whole process of a kitchen remodel. We did not need to look any further. Next we met with our designer Therese who was so wonderful and accomodating. She worked with us on what colors and style we liked and then created a design that we loved, it was above and beyond our expectations! The workers were so polite, always on time, and worked diligently to get the job completed on schedule. Any questions or concerns that came up were dealt with right away. I would highly recommend Cumberland Kitchen and Bath, they went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. We could not be happier with the transformation of our kitchen!

Having one point of contact from design to completion was a huge asset to using Cumberland Kitchen & Bath. Theresa did a fantastic job of putting my vision board into action and worked with us to find the perfect backsplash tile. The colors and the tile are typically the first things people comment on when they enter the kitchen. Colleen was responsive with our questions and updates on the schedule, as well as all the contractors. The quality of the products is top notch and we are thrilled with how everything looks and the new flow of the kitchen. Even makes doing the dishes fun!
