My family and I have had to use Cumberland Collision twice in the last 3 months and Chuck and his team are the best! Their professionalism, knowledge, craftsmanship and customer service is top notch. They handled everything from dealing with insurance, rentals, and educating us on best practices and made our situations stress free! I am so happy to have a local business that treats their customers like family right down the road.

They are ‘simply the best’!! My car was totaled. They walked me through all the next steps from insurance dealings to purchasing a new vehicle. All the staff are experts, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them. Safe travels.

First experience was awesome, did exactly what I needed done. Second experience was not as good. The repair was not what I was expecting and nothing was communicated to me about the end result or options that I had. Not responsive when I questioned the job. Eventually responded with a solution that still wasn't what I wanted. Probably will not go back.

I had the most wonderful experience working with Chuck and staff at Cumberland Collision. I came in with damage from an accident and did not know what to expect. They were all beyond helpful, organized and transparent on what needed to be fixed but also helping me navigate with my insurance company. They took an overwhelming process and simplified it.
I walked away with my car fixed better than expected without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend Cumberland Collision to anyone!

I was so amazed with ***** and his staff. He was so thorough as he explained everything from A to Z to repair my car. Moreover, ***** was very professional and treated me kindly as the moment I saw him. I looked at the customer reviews online and decided to take my car to Cumberland Collision, Inc. without making an appointment. ***** happened to be in the parking lot at the time I arrived and helped me immediately. My car was repaired about in a month and looked like a brand new. I would like to thank ***** and his staff for the work and amazing services.

I have been to Cumberland Collision several times over the years. Before any work is done on the vehicle, the whole process to correct the damage is explained in plain English. That way there are no surprises.The results of their work is outstanding. They are professional in their workmanship, in dealing with me as a customer, in getting a rental car if needed, and in working things out with the insurance company. In my opinion they deserve the BBB rating. In short, if you have damage to your vehicle, go to Cumberland Collision at ************************************************

When you need your car to be fixed right- go to Cumberland Collision.We had a single car accident and were paying out of pocket. I made an appointment with ******, and met with ***** to get an appraisal. I was on time, and so were they! Trying to keep expenses low, they found a way to repair my car using salvage yard (but in wonderful shape) components. They treated me like I was a regular at the shop. But this was my first time using them!The car came out great, and there were no surprises for the final bill.I would highly recommend Cumberland ******** for your next auto body repair.***********************************

The best thing that ever happened to my 12 year old Subaru's paint was Cumberland Collision. It was scratched and faded and they brought it back to good-as-new. I can't say enough about the great job Chuck and his team did after my fender bender (while stopped at a light).

I had read all the reviews and decided to take my car to Cumberland Collision for a repair on my car. From the time I arrived for an initial review until I picked up my car when the job was done, I could not have been more impressed! Within 10 minutes my car was being looked at and a full explanation of what would need to be done. They took care of everything, dealt with in insurance company, rental car, etc. About 3 weeks later, the work was done. The paint was perfect and no visual difference with the original paint. Again, all I can say is this company does great work and you know exactly what will be done to bring your car back to showroom condition.

The front end colliision repair on my Jetta was first class - the owner kept me informed at every step of the process. The paint job was excellent and the car interior was detailed. The car looked brand new! I definitely recommend the Cumberland team.

I just got my 2015 Hyundai Elantra from a body work and parts repair. My car looks like it just came off the lot! I shines from inside out. Chuck was point on with the price and timing of the repair. He even transferred my granddaughter’s car seat in and out between my car and rental. You won’t meet a nicer guy you can truly trust.
