Not a good bank. Takes about 2-3 tellers to cash one check and can’t put enough brain cells together to figure it out still. Zero time management and barely seem to get things done quickly.

Sent check which was deposited on 16 the October to find that a 120 day hold was placed on check. Check was not available for cancellation from originating bank to place a stop payment. Yet Citizens cashed the check. Still awaiting answers and immediate resolution

Dealing with a hacking of our account 3 weeks ago. Person has not called us back. we keep emailing but no return call always busy with someone. She Can't find our account info .. Great service....guess its time to shop for a new bank.

I have been in this branch 3 times, twice I had to talk with a woman who seems too concerned about making sales and nothing else. The first interaction I had with her she made some very condescending remarks and like she knew everything (not all things work the same for everyone). The second time I was waiting for an appointment but the person I had scheduled with was busy so I went with her. She made a comment under breath about not making sales that day. You are supposed to be there to help the customers not just sell. I did have a good experience with the male banker and one of the tellers. I will not be going back to this branch so I do not have to interact with the banker. She is very pushy and is not there for the customers just to make a sale.I went to another branch today to do what I had asked Jennifer to do today, and she gave me wrong information. She stated that I needed other signatures to change my name on the account, when in fact I did not. The branch manager also stated that the others needed to be there. This was very wrong and wasted all of our time. The only reason I plan to go back to this branch is to complain about the terrible service I received here and that all Jennifer cared about was 'sales'. With that attitude, she will not make any sales and she doesn't even know the correct information.

SCAM BANK. CHARGED ME 1000 IN OVERDRAFTS EVERY 2 DAYS WAS A COUPLE MORE. AND COULD ONLY REBATE ME BACK 2 OVERDRAFTS . .I WAS IN HOSPITAL COULDNT WORK DUE TO C SECTION FOR 6 WEEKS. ABSOLUTELY OBSURD OVER 1000$ THIS MONTH IN OVERDRAFT FEES. I'd recover the fees a day after or 2 got hit a couple more. This bank is a scam. Do not sign up with this bank. Sustain fees . Multiple fees they charge when you overdraft. Constantly stealing money from customers.

BEWARE of this Bank.....We asked about the $600.00 in rebates for opening a checking and savings account. This was before we opened our accounts. They said not to worry, they would back date the account. Then they stated, we would need to drive to the post office to get a moving mailer to receive the $600.00 back. In the end, after all the running around. They said they would not be able to do the $600.00 So we closed all of our accounts and deposited over $100k at a different Bank.

Always new tellers new managers… as a business owner depositing money and taking money with tons of questions of the new tellers they don’t know what they are doing it tough it’s not a bank to work with if you own a business.

Most uneducated employees...! screaming across tellers desk to customers, denying to make a simple letter for proof of my funds...!I requested to speak with branch manager, district Or regional manager to no avail.I'll not recommend doing business here...Interes on money market is 0.01 %A total joke
