Not a good bank. Takes about 2-3 tellers to cash one check and can’t put enough brain cells together to figure it out still. Zero time management and barely seem to get things done quickly.

Terrible service they have there. They can never help with what you need. And then you go to another place and there if you can

Sent check which was deposited on 16 the October to find that a 120 day hold was placed on check. Check was not available for cancellation from originating bank to place a stop payment. Yet Citizens cashed the check. Still awaiting answers and immediate resolution
