I deposited my check Saturday until now my check is not yet cleared and I called citizen it said this branch in 2000 Mendon, the teller hold my check..Why he need to hold it its my check frim my job, and i needed that money, i didn't get to grocery because he hold my check.. its not his check, I need to pay bills and buy food... that is my first and last to go that freaking branch... I am so mad for this teller..

I faced numerous issues when trying to log in to my online account. After some investigation, I discovered that the banker had entered the wrong phone number and incorrect information on the first day when I opened the account. As a result, someone else received my codes and two-step verifications. Eventually, they advised me to close the account.Fortunately, the branch manager was changed, and the new manager was professional and responsible. Otherwise, the previous lady (banker) might have been involved in further unlawful activities, such as memorizing SSN and knowing personal information of clients.

The Citizens Bank at 60 Mendon Road in Cumberland has the best staff in 10 years! The tellers are very welcoming and patient. The manager Swarnima (Mimi) is so friendly and knowledgable.

I was told by a teller who had one day shift at this branch that I had 2 profiles I never knew that and no idea what he is talking about. Later I have done some follow up to see what was that Lady who opened my acconut was absolutly embarrsed and they dident discolsed what happened exactly. I had lots of issue in log in to online account and finally find out banker, she, entered wrong phone number and some incorrect information in first day when I opened account . someone else has recived my codes and 2 step verifications. later they adviced me to close the account. Hopfully Branch manager was changed , He was professional and responsible otherwise that lady(baker) has done more illegal activity such as memorizing SSN and know personal information of clients!

SCAM BANK. CHARGED ME 1000 IN OVERDRAFTS EVERY 2 DAYS WAS A COUPLE MORE. AND COULD ONLY REBATE ME BACK 2 OVERDRAFTS . .I WAS IN HOSPITAL COULDNT WORK DUE TO C SECTION FOR 6 WEEKS. ABSOLUTELY OBSURD OVER 1000$ THIS MONTH IN OVERDRAFT FEES.

Most uneducated employees...! screaming across tellers desk to customers, denying to make a simple letter for proof of my funds...! I requested to speak with branch manager, district Or regional manager to no avail. I'll not recommend doing business here... Interes rate on money market is 0.01% what a joke...

I've been using this bank for about three years now and, honestly, I've never had any issues. The Clerks have always been nothing but incredibly polite and professional, and every time I've spoken to someone about issues with my accounts, they've helped me out without any issues!

I showed up to this branch to talk to someone about a mortgage loan, 4 days later no call back from anyone. They took my social and some info and that was it. Shame on them.
