Every Ace Hardware is independently owned but all of them share an excellent customer service and well trained employees. This one was not exception. We stopped to check out some of their plants, flowers and herbs and they had a very good selection of them. The prices were a bit higher than what you would get at Home Depot, Lowe's or Ocean State Job lot, but all the plants looked very healthy and big. An investment that many people are willing to pay for.

I'm not a professional,but every time I step into this particular hardware store, I'm greeted hello by the cashier, they help me load the birdfood, they load the mulch right into the back seat of my car & yesterday my favorite helper found me Bounce dryer sheets---That way I didn't have to make another stop. After that he went out & loaded the mulch into my car--You don't get service like that anywhere else anymore I've been a customer for yrs, & the owner is a gem!

I purchased a Weber grill from Depault hardware this week after cancelling an order I placed with Home Depot after a lot of wasted time and frustration dealing with them I went to Depault on Monday and purchased the grill. The grill was on sale, they did not change for assembly or delivery. The grill was delivered 3 days later and the guys who delivered it made sure the grill was working and they showed me how to use it. Next time I need anything hardware related I will definitely use Depault.
