I ordered flowers on Memorial Day, and it confirmed same-day delivery. Nothing got delivered, so I called the next day (I spoke to two different people who were rather curt) and they told me it said somewhere on their website that they were closed Memorial Day. While not surprising, my receipt confirmed that they were delivered on Memorial Day. The recipient works all day so they had to deliver to her place of work (they didn't offer to deliver at 4:30), which is only a few miles from their shop. They said they would call her on Tuesday and deliver the flowers. She didn't get them until Thursday. Enough said. Never again.

This was our first time using this florist for my grandmother's funeral. Sad to say, the experience was very poor. On the day of the wake, practically 15 minutes before it was scheduled to start, we realized that there were no flowers delivered to the funeral home. Everything looked so bare. We tried calling both of the numbers on the card and no one picked up. I left an urgent voicemail but nothing and the shop had already closed. Perhaps there had been a misunderstanding. We had trusted the florist to deliver the flowers since everything had been so hectic arranging the funeral. However, the funeral home never got a delivery nor a call from the florist. Come the next day, the cremation is already complete. I called the florist and he was extremely defensive insisting that the flowers were to be delivered Saturday 4-7pm to which I replied that it was Sunday. He hastily told me my aunt and mom made it very confusing and that the flowers could be delivered any day of that weekend. However, the day and time he jotted down was Saturday. He asked me if I still needed the flowers. I said no. He apologized and we got a refund. But the fact of the matter is, it was the worst time to make such a grave mistake and it can't be undone. It didn't help that he was being rude, defensive and unprofessional. A flowerless funeral for my maternal grandmother happens only once. A fatal error that even an apology can't suffice. This is the first and last time we will ever use them again.

My husband faithfully orders flowers for me several times a year for the last 15 years. Mostly the flowers were fresh and beautiful although somewhat mundane. I've had a Valentine's Day where the dozen roses died within 3 days, but this Valentine's (2024) they came half dead upon arrival! This arrangement was full of carnations which I HATE, and as there also should be a file on me since we order so frequently they should've known that. This arrangement was small (hugely disproportionate to the cost!!) , lacking effort, consideration or quality. They went in the trash within 3 days. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Needless to say I'm looking for another family florist.

I just have to say WOW!!!! It started off with an employee opening the door for me to come inside. Immediately helped me and asked what I was looking for. Offered to make a bouquet if I didn't like any of the display ones, but even the display ones were beautiful! I picked the bunch I wanted, they changed the water in the vase and wrapped it up so nice! I paid and the gentleman working proceeded to carry it out for me to my car in the rain. This is the first review I have ever written about a business because I was so compelled by the customer service. I didn't catch his name but he was AWESOME!
