I was picking up an online order, I asked one of the ladies at the front to help me. She radioed to the back my name, and a man then emerged stating there was no order under that name. I suggested a different last name since I recently got married and not all my accounts reflect my new last name. He was extremely rude the whole time and belittled me on multiple occasions in front of other customers and staff. Repeatedly shouting "how can you not know your own name." I left the store in tears, the woman at the front was also treated poorly by this man and was the only one nice to me in the whole store.

I love Williams Sonoma, this store has a great selection of stuff for the house or kitchen. They also have some nice gift items during the Holidays.I love shopping for their kitchen food items, gadgets and home furnishings. Williams-Sonoma is headquartered in San Francisco. The company has 625 brick and mortar stores and distributes to more than 60 countries, with brands including Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen, West Elm, Mark and Graham, and Rejuvenation. The company is one of the largest e-commerce retailers in the U.S., and one of the biggest multi-channel specialty retailers in the world. In 2019, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. was named as a Fortune 500 company for the first time in its history.

My husband bought me a Silpat at this store and was charged $8 more than the list price on the Williams-Sonoma website (NOT amazon!). The price on the website is $28.95 and he paid $36.95. Make sure you know what you should be paying before you shop here or you may be overcharged.

If you're not a white suburban housewife leave well enough alone. They seem to ignore you if you aren't.
