Salesperson, Matt, was friendly, patient & knowledgeable with purchase of refrigerator. They were very helpful with best pricing and guiding me through the variations, dimensions, waterline access, etc.
Delivery team were very professional, but friendly & did an outstanding job with installation.
I will definitely consider a future purchase and would recommend to family and friends.

I spoke with a very knowledgeable sales man, standing in for Rich, as he was away for training. Rich had helped me initially. Sales man found washer and dryer units that will fit through my ridiculously narrow doors. Very helpful and again very knowledgeable!

I am so grateful to Jim and the staff that he got involved to help me replace my broken dishwasher. I have recently began receiving chemotherapy for cancer when my dishwasher broke. As I am adapting to my new life with cancer, I learned that I need my dishes cleaned and sanitized by a dishwasher which I no longer had. I looked on line for one to purchase and discovered the wait time for installation was too long. I called Wickford Appliance and spoke to Jim. After explaining my situation and telling him the dishwasher I wanted, he matched the price I found then spent hours trying to get emergency installation. It took about 4 hours but Jim called me and had a a date in two days. That was chemotherapy day. I said I would figure it out. I didn't have to. It was installed by Jerry the next day. There was a problem with a water valve which Jerry told me would cost quite a lot but he fixed it with a new part. He did this , he said in good time so he called the boss and the cost dropped in half. I am so grateful. There are good businesses out there who truly care. Wickford Appliances is definitely on Top.

Very pleased with the Cranston location. Why? Wide selection of appliances and brands; professional, knowledgeable personable staff (thank you, Rich!). Disappointed I did not visit them 30 years ago because they perform and support repairs/maintenance as well vs. having to deal with a customer service person that has indecipherable accents...
