“I received a quote from another local Rolex repair service. I approved the overhaul but didn't approve replacing the band which has sentimental value to me. They told me they wouldn't do the overhaul without replacing the band. So happy I declined the work. Fred was a delight to speak with. The watch was done in less time than he said and it looks and works great. Thanks for saving me $1500. “Just left Providence Diamond, interested in purchasing a Rolex. Warmly welcomed by a staff member and met Alix in the Rolex studio. Excellent interaction, I had already done my homework so I didn’t have a lot of questions. She certainly knew her stuff and I doubt I could’ve stumped her. A cup of cappuccino and a chocolate and a demonstration of the different sizes of the watches and I was a happy man.
