I really hate giving them a one star but this is only for the Pharmacy. I totally understand that they are probably shorthanded and very busy. But people cannot wait three days to get their prescriptions filled! It is totally unacceptable and something needs to be done! I love the pharmacist and all the technicians are very nice and I know it’s not their fault.

Store’s a mess, management is lazy, prices are insane, the only good part are the cashiers (most of them) and even they aren’t trained properly on what they’re doing.

Employees were busting their butts trying to get things done while the manager was no where to be seen. Stood in line for 10 minutes because the poor girl couldn't help all 4 people that needed her all at once and the other girl was helping an elderly lady. Lazy management leads to stressed out employees and bad customer service.

I came into this Walgreens looking for some honey and I was surprised to see Real Honey at decent prices. I thought it was going to be a lot more expensive and they had different sizes to choose from. The store was well laid out and everything was nicely setup on the shelves. I entered my rewards information during checkout and I got my points as well. Nice easy transaction.

I've been to this location a couple of times and have found everything I was looking for. My only complaint is the staff. They're rarely friendly at that store.

Today I had a great experience with their customer service Kristen the assistant store manager and Mary were very friendly, kind, and helpful. I had some issues with wester union and they helped me for 1/2 hour without hesitating . Although the store was busy they keep going back and for to help me. I wish other stores have the same customer service as them.

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional.There is always a communication issue between pharmacist and the technicians. I suggest going elsewhere. Switched to CVS for better service.

Once in awhile, when another pharmacy advertises a deal for switching perscriptions, I think about moving my scrips to a different store. But I don't. Because Eileen the head pharmacist is knowledgable, helpful and goes above and beyond the average employee. She's an asset to the store.
