Staff I interacted with today have no business dealing with customer's, seriously . This is a theme I've noticed with Walgreens staff in general at the Warwick/Cranston franchises: either really nice and pleasant or surly disinterested and missing even BASIC customer service like today at Park Avenue Cranston. The young woman on floor couldn't even Crack a acknowledging grin only grumpy face; fine, but the young man at checkout: no acknowledgement, just scanning items, handed me change with receipt apparently was going to bag items and in a regular non demanding wayvI said "receipt in the bag is fine". I bagged myself and while putting wallet away he simply walks away no thank you nice day: nada. I take my time and he looks over and asks if I'm all set, I shake my head as I head out. ATTENTION WALGREENS: If you won't offer your customers self checkouts, HIRE/TRAIN your cashiers to have bare minimum customer interaction skills!! I rather enter 1000 digit sku number and bag my own items any day than deal with some of your staff who seem to think I'm either an inconvenience or not worthy of basic human courtesy!!!

Got a text from the pharmacy that they would hold my medicine for 5 more days then they put it back the next day. This causes a huge headache with my doctor. Would not recommend this location's pharmacy.

The place is slow and everybody is cranky, they are overworked., But they are good people especially shelly she is Very good at her job.. Only reason why things are different now is because they took on the right Aid customers. I go to the pharmacy at rhode island hospital way better.

Worst customer service, meds are not ready on time, incomplete orders. I asked the pharmacist to please teach me how to use the medication that was new to me, her response was a sour, didn’t your doctor show you? My medicine was changed over the phone, so no, my doctor did not teach me. Frankly, I don’t think I would’ve asked how to use it if I knew how to do it. They also have this 90 day renewal, but only gave me enough for 30 days and now all of my Scripts are a mess. I had to pick up an antibiotic for my child, they said it was delayed by a day, then told me they had a partial to come in the next day, I show up and they tell me that they don’t have any, and I have to go find it had another pharmacy ??♀️

Came in for passport photos, camera was down. Ok go to pharmacy to fix my vaccine card they never signed. Closed for lunch. I went to cvs across the street, very nice and I'll be there going forward. Returning to pharmacy and no apology for not doing their job right or wasting my time. No records to resign my card and fix their error. Unethical, unprofessional and unkind staff.

This Walgreens is located on Park Ave, right across from a large CVS. I guess it's a matter of brand loyalty and/or weekly specials that would make you choose one over the other. The store is kind of old and not nicely remodeled, but it's large and roomy. I took time to check on their canes (prices, options, brands, etc) and they did have a good selection of them. As many other Walgreens, they have a large area for paper goods, snacks, health and beauty, vitamins, OTC items, etc. I kept running into this nice lady and she was always very pleasant and friendly, greeting me with a hello and a smile every time. Nice customer service.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for MANY years, and at this point, I am treated like family. Big shout out to those in the pharmacy, especially Kris and Shelly, who are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything, from medication information to insurance situations. There are other Walgreens closer to where we now live, but we won't go anywhere else!

I’m not one to leave poor reviews but I’ve been disappointed one too many times I don’t know why I keep going to this pharmacy. Seven times out of ten the staff is rude, the scripts are never ready even if they are on auto fill. You better call before going to pick up your script because it won’t be ready. I had a doctor call in a script on a Friday I called on Monday to make sure it was ready and they told me they didn’t even have it in stock, why didn’t they give me a call to let me know, I needed the script that day and they had 3 days to get it and fill it! I literally pick up four scripts a year and they let me down every time. They really need to get it together over there, I don’t understand why they can’t get the job done, why are my scripts never ready!!!!

The manager and the lady working at the store today had no clue what either of them was doing, they got backed up and we’re going back and forth register to register the manager then gave her the drawer numbers to a mangers drawer..the lady kept running up a lady in back of us..they were also giving there cards to my husband to give to one another so unprofessional and literally this went on for ten minutes while line starts to build..literally seven times they were going back and forth, and the lady wouldn’t log out so the manager could ring us up..ridiculous.

The staff at this store is very unprofessional and rude, specifically Carlos when I was trying to make a purchase he was having conversations through his headpiece with his coworkers making jokes and ignoring that I was trying to make a purchase. To be honest it felt like they were mocking my purchase which was even more embarrassing. I will not be back to this location.

Called today to check availability of a product before placing a pick up order(because I’ve placed orders before and they always cancel them because their inventory is never accurate) and even though the app said they’ll item was in stock the employee on the phone told me that they didn’t have it. A bit after I walked in the store(same one I called) and guess what??? The item was right there very available and easy to find. Walgreens should hire people that really wants to help and enjoy customer service please!
