Got a text from the pharmacy that they would hold my medicine for 5 more days then they put it back the next day. This causes a huge headache with my doctor. Would not recommend this location's pharmacy.

I’ve always had a great experience? But last few months they suddenly were ( Boisterous) You have to pick up your medication in 23 minutes and 16 hours? I always had a 2 day grace period? This past winter I was receiving text messages from the Automative system telling me my medication was ready to be picked up! 4 days earlier then the previous month? I never called “ asking “ to pick up any medication 4 days early? But having severe, severe!!!! Anxiety that you almost don’t want to see if your medication is ready? What happened to the warm welcome & polite conversation? Was it Genuine? Imagine not being able to concentrate & you took a huge leap to better your life? And certain medications help focus and give a calming effect if you have the correct diagnosis! It’s difficult to study & re train your mind as it is just add a concentration issue? Out of Stock? Because there’s 10,000 people who do not have the diagnosis and never sat in front of a computer to take the test? 40 minutes? No 2 1/2 hours it took me until enough was enough? Embarrassing absolutely!!!! Almost as embarrassing as going to pick up your correct medications & due to Judging & others foolishness being told not today come back! One time I had a pharmacy technician demand that I wrote the 3rd zip code in Cranston down! There is none! It was a humiliating experience that needs to tighten up! Or go to a different field ?

Don’t come to this pharmacy. Unprofessional never signed my second dose of vaccine and “don’t have the records” to sign for it. No apology from staff when I explain what happened until I stated this wouldn’t have happened or wasted my time if they did the job right. Snarky and unkind go to CVS across the street they’re nice

Came in for passport photos, camera was down. Ok go to pharmacy to fix my vaccine card they never signed. Closed for lunch. I went to cvs across the street, very nice and I'll be there going forward. Returning to pharmacy and no apology for not doing their job right or wasting my time. No records to resign my card and fix their error. Unethical, unprofessional and unkind staff.

This Walgreens is located on Park Ave, right across from a large CVS.I guess it's a matter of brand loyalty and/or weekly specials that would make you choose one over the other. The store is kind of old and not nicely remodeled, but it's large and roomy. I took time to check on their canes (prices, options, brands, etc) and they did have a good selection of them.As many other Walgreens, they have a large area for paper goods, snacks, health and beauty, vitamins, OTC items, etc.I kept running into this nice lady and she was always very pleasant and friendly, greeting me with a hello and a smile every time. Nice customer service.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for MANY years, and at this point, I am treated like family. Big shout out to those in the pharmacy, especially Kris and Shelly, who are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything, from medication information to insurance situations. There are other Walgreens closer to where we now live, but we won't go anywhere else!

The staff at this store is very unprofessional and rude, specifically Carlos when I was trying to make a purchase he was having conversations through his headpiece with his coworkers making jokes and ignoring that I was trying to make a purchase. To be honest it felt like they were mocking my purchase which was even more embarrassing. I will not be back to this location.

I just received my first COVID VACCINE. It was organized and on time. The techs were very professional and warm.
