They were booking out nearly 2 months later but when it came time for the actual visit, they were super accommodating and already prepared to deal with my cats severe anxiety during visits because they took care to pay attention to the notes I’d given them and they got his records from his previous vet!The visit was short but thorough! “Had such a great experience with VCA Atwood animal hospital. I have never written a yelp review before but created an account just for this. My dog suffers from seizures and they can be triggered when he is stressed but it is unpredictable when they will happen. I had an appointment scheduled today for an issue with his paw, however two minutes after I walked into the office my dogs seizures were triggered. Immediately the vet and tech were in the waiting room with me, picking up my dog and carrying him back for treatment. They continued to keep a staff member with him for the next two or so hours. They set up a blanket in a room so I could be with my dog but still had someone in there watching over him just incase another seizure occurred. I am so thankful the care my dog received tonight.”
