Tom at the Verizon Wireless at 182 Hillside Rd location did an excellent with customer service. I came in with my iPhone that was waterlogged. Tom helped me with everything I needed even staying a half an hour late after the store closed. I cannot thank him enough. He went above and beyond. I thank him very much.. 5 stars! Please make sure to acknowledge him for the excellent service that he provided.

I had a wonderful experience today at Verizon with an employee named Jason. I needed an upgrade and had a lot of issues with my phone. I’m not technologically savvy and Jason helped me out tremendously. He made everything seem so easy and I was so grateful for his help. I left with a brand new phone that I am absolutely in love with and couldn’t thank him enough. He did such a good job and he was so personable! I can’t Recommend him enough. Thank you, Jason!!
