I've been dealing with this post office for the past 18 years and I have always found the staff to be kind, courteous and helpful. The only bad experience I ever had there was over a decade ago, in dealing with a grumpy older man, but he retired soon afterwards. Ever single postal worker I've dealt with since has been friendly. As for the accusation that "they keep the doors locked after hours," I myself have never found this to be the case. Many times I've walked through an unlocked door and into the lobby to mail my letters.

Worst experience ever right before Christmas. The girl working Saturday was extremely rude. She shouted at everyone in like 5-6times that she was closing at 2 even though 10 people were in inline with plenty of time to go.

Extremely rude and unpleasant staff member working. She yelled at the people in line multiple times and closed the front desk early. We will not be back to this location. Very bad experience right before the holiday. We will take our business to UPS or Fedex moving forward

Such a grumpy front desk staff. I decided to write a review since the last 3 times I have went there it’s been unpleasant. The guy behind me also made a comment about it. Please give them some better customer service skills or swap them out for happier staff.

This post office has lost my several of my packages in the last month. No one will help, just tell you it hasn't been dropped off. One of my packages finally left 10 days after I dropped it off, after I had already sent my customer a replacement.

Whoever the dark skin girl you have working for you, fire her. She sucks. I went up to the desk and asked for the most cost efficient way to ship some thing. She told me and handed me a box to put the item in. After boxing it up, I went up to the desk and she rang me up as double the price when I asked her why she had told me $11.55, she said she did not know that I was putting my sneakers in that box. She proceeded to argue with me rather than just brushing it off as a mistake. I don't understand why you have confrontational people working for you. I'd rather pay more with FedEx or UPS and not deal with this broad again. Her coworker was clearly aggravated with her as well for her demeanor and attitude. Also, telling people they look like a "sexy Santa" isn't a compliment. Maybe don't tell your customers that and keep it professional.

I will not be back. This is the millionth time I’ve been greeted with nothing but attitude when trying to mail something. It’s usually a return and for some reason the staff is always confused. Today I needed the best option for mailing back a box. A shoe box size. I swear all she paid attention to was the people on line behind me. So rude ! I didn’t even get to mail my package. She kept attempting boxes that I was telling her were too small and when I grabbed one that would fit them by that time she was literally saying “I don’t know I know you gotta just try and see what works!” Well I did! And she was still no help! So I left to the back of the the line that I had already waited fifteen minutes in! Just plain stupid! Help your customers. I ended up just leaving. So rude. She got frantic cause there was so many people lined up. Not my problem! I waited patiently and didnt even get to accomplish what I came there to do ! Get better training .

This post office is extremely excellent! Some of these bad reviews are NOT even RELEVANT to this place whatsoever!! They are so friendly!! Doors are locked from 5pm to7 Theresa??Thats a lie!! I check my po box EVERY DAY after hours for several years. Its never locked!! And i also use their kiosk very frequently. Its NEVER broken! Liar! Get a grip on yourself! Also your mail carriers dont work out of there. Its a po box finance station. Also the people in here will help you with ANY questions you have and show you the BEST way and cheapest way to ship things. I witness it myself about how much professional and PLEASANT service the staff here provide! They ALWAYS go above and beyond to help you! The regular employees are great at this location and are WELL KNOWN for their amazing service to help people!!And also for the "ebay reviewer" robert thats not their fault. They only send the mail out. They're not the ones who actually ship it. They didn't mess up. If you mail something and it doesn't reach its destination, its not that post offices fault. You apparently never delt with many post offices because you would clearly know its not that locations fault.
