Small and intimate gym with positive, friendly people. A boutique, upscale gym experience but with a 10 class card it's not an upscale price!

This gym is terrible. I'm sorry I joined already. I should of stood with Planet fitness. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to join then they are no help. They also won't tell you their monthly fee jumps up $5 per month once your contract is up. As if it wasn't already over priced. The one in Cranston is so ghetto and dirty , and the manager Naomi is rude, fake and useless! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!

The edge fitness is so incredibly welcoming and supportive. Having a place to work out and feel motivated and encouraged in a positive way made my move to cranston so much easier. The edge has the greatest community of women who all share the same goal of creating a lifestyle that makes them feel strong and healthy.

If you are anything like me, I need accountability when working out and to feel comfortable with those around me. The Edge Fitness For Women does just that! I have been coming here for the past 2 months and have since asked myself what took me so long to get my butt here! They offer personal training and group classes. I started here with personal training sessions with Natalina. She is beyond awesome! She made it very easy to get back into a groove and feel good about working out. There is a great variety of classes that are scheduled throughout the day anywhere from 5:45am to 7pm so they can easily fit into your schedule. I've taken classes with both Natalina and Olga and they are all fantastic! I've taken HIIT, row/trx/core, boot camp, kickboxing and strengthening and tone. They also offer spin, barre, and a few others. Class are small in size so you get attention to your specific needs. They have several different purchase options, such as a single class, 10-class punch card or a monthly membership of unlimited classes for $130. For someone like myself trying to go 4-5 x a week, it is definitely worth it! I cannot say enough great things about Olga and Natalina and The Edge Fitness For Women. I love feeling challenged and leaving there feeling great (and sore). I'm definitely seeing some great results! I look forward to each and every class! Highly recommend!

My first class with Olga was the hardest I had ever worked in my adult life. If she hadn't been teaching it, I probably would never have come back. I couldn't do most of the exercises, but she helped and coached and modified for what I needed. When we got to the core section, I couldn't even do more than one sit up in a row. In a normal class, I'd do as many as I could and then stop. But instead Olga had me sit up as far as I could and she stood on my toes and helped me up th

I just started my second year at The Edge and love it so much. I spent most of my life as a runner and finally burnt out on in and the injuries my forties brought on. Right from the beginning, the women at The Edge made me feel right at home. The instructors are so patient and encouraging, modifying workouts individually when necessary. And all the other women in the classes are down to earth and collaborative through the workouts. The classes are hard and I always feel a huge sense of accomplishment when I'm done. Natalina is a big supporter of local businesses and the neighborhood in general, and she combines her focus on fitness with charitable opportunities throughout the year. I love The Edge!

The Edge Fitness is an incredibly supportive place for women to come together to get fit and healthy while creating a strong body and developing relationships with one another. The trainers offer exceptional guidance, attentive and personalized support, and just the right amount of motivation and accountability to help each woman rise up to her best self. I personally feel welcome, supported, and truly appreciated as a client and as a woman.

If you're looking for a gym that feels more like a family, you've come to the right place! Every single woman in there is working for a more refined version of themselves, and supporting one another while doing it. The trainers are phenomenal, real women who are always pushing you about lifting you up! You won't regret going to this gym :)

I love this place! Been going to classes and training with Natalina and Olga for almost 5 years now on and off- their classes are challenging and rewarding; they also are great people who inspire! Couldn't imagine going anywhere else in Rhode Island.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Olga and Natalina are great and make sure you get a great workout but focus on doing it the right way. The prices are more than fair! Check it out!

Came back to the Edge for my first Strengthen and Tone class after having rotator surgery this summer. I received a completely supported workout from Natelina and walked away feeling strong and confident that I can get back to where I was two years ago. I loved being with all my workout buddies and truly felt their support. Love you allNancy

I started going to classes about 3 weeks ago and immediately felt supported by this great group of instructors. I can really feel the difference already and I'm hooked on TRX and Spin! So much better and different from my experience with large gym franchises. I look forward to going every week, even at 5:45am!

Everything you could possibly want in a gym: personal attention, motivation to keep going when the going gets tough, instructors who actually do the class with you, and a place you feel wanted, where instructors are genuinely happy to see you. The instructors love what they do and this is evident in their workouts: no more boring classes that are the same each time you go. They welcome your feedback on the classes and the schedule, and try to mix it up whenever possible. I've been to a lot of gyms, and usually get bored with them and stop going. Not EDGE! It's such a pleasure to find a gym where even though it's a hard and challenging workout, you keep going back for more!
