We recently visited the Cranston RI store and worked with David B. David helped us with our warranty issue and was absolutely fantastic even though he couldn't process our warranty through the store. He guided us in the right direction without the typical sales pitch or hovering. Would definitely recommend David to help with your next purchase. Well done David! Thanks.

My husband and I visited this store twice to look for a new mattress: the first time to test models and the second time to narrow down two choices before we bought one. Both times we were greeted warmly and found David and Mehnoor to be very patient and knowledgeable. We never felt pressure to buy or add onto our purchase. We're not sure if we'll be in the area the next time we need to buy a new mattress or base, but we'd definitely come back here if we are.

The new Tempur-Pedic store at Garden City was an amazing experience. I went in with endless questions and left fully satisfied having them all answered. Knowledgeable staff, Russell Bianca guided me through the whole process. Well done!

Russ and Great in Garden City were awesome. We took our time, running between beds and pillows, trying platforms and beds, while being educated on the features and differences of each. This is our second Tempur-Pedic, so we know it'll be great. And, we took advantage of the sales and came home with pillows and accessories!

The store had an amazing buy one get one free pillow promo in which we wanted to avail since we just bought a pillow from them a week ago. We were greatly assisted by Joe. He was very helpful and friendly. Very happy with our pillows.
