I wish there was a zero star rating. I have been trying for 3 days to reach somebody just to order a part. I can’t imagine what the experience would be if I had a problem with something I ordered from here. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN BAD - IT'S VIRTUALLY NONEXISTANT!I give Tasca Parts one star only because zero stars is not an option. Despite the fact that I paid an extra $27 for "expedited" shipping, the parts I ordered are now a week past their estimated delivery date, and they haven't even shipped yet, as far as I know. I say "as far as I know", because I can't get in touch with anyone to find out. I have received no shipping notification, no one answers the phone, no one has responded to my emails, and I have been unable to reach anyone via their Live Chat link. When I check the status of my order on Tasca's website, all it says is "in process" with no further information available. Short of a four hour round-trip drive to their location, I have no way to get in touch with these people or cancel my order. Totally unacceptable and inexcusable! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, as it appears many others have had the same experience.While Tasca's prices for OEM Ford parts are as low as you're likely to find, it does no good if they take forever to arrive, and their customer service is beyond terrible. The condition of my car has now worsened to the point where I can no longer drive it, and every day I have to wait for parts is another day I have to pay for a rental vehicle. I would have saved a ton of money (not to mention time) in the long run if I had simply sourced the parts from a local dealer in the first place. Lesson learned. I will never deal with Tasca again.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. After 5 days of no order update I reached out to them via chat (only method available) and was told I would receive an order update by the end of the day. I didn't receive an update until 4 days later stating that one of the parts was on a national backorder. I asked if they could send the rest of my order express at no charge to me because of the 9 day delay, and I did not receive a response. I will never order from them again. You're better off buying from eBay.

I don't know what has happened to Tasca Parts, but they have slid way downhill... I used them 2007-1018 for my Mazda6 and was always impressed with their level of customer service, communication and shipping/timeliness. Not anymore! I now have a CX-5 and the experience this time as been aggravating. The first order was placed and confirmation received. Then nothing... no word or anything. I emailed them wanting to know what was taking so long. I get a shipping notice for a reply. Did they forget my order? Did they lose tracking of filling my order?This most recent experience was ordered a set of rear mud deflectors. Their site said they have >500 in stock. I placed the order on Jan. 16 and I did received confirmation. And they did take my $$. On Jan 28 I still had no flaps and no shipping notice. I emailed. ZERO REPLY. NONE. On the 31st I got annoyed to the point of telling them to cancel my order. No apology. No, 'Hey, can we send them with a discount?'. Nothing. just money refunded. I'm thinking business must be good enough that individual customers simply don't matter to them. I will never do business with Tasca again.

I'd give 5 stars if I didn't have to send an email to ask why after 8 business days I hadn't gotten an update or a tracking #. (The confirmation email says to check your email and spam folder in the next 2-4 business days for tracking info). But within hours I had a tracking # in my inbox, and within 2 business days I had the oem motor mount in my hand. Just installed it and couldn't be happier with the results. (No more vibrations!!). Would recommend. A little annoying their phone isn't used for questions or orders, you just have to email, but they responded quickly.
