This is for the service/parts dept. I have been waiting over 10 days for someone to get back to me with a price on a spare tire for my 2021 Ford Escape SE. I gave all the info to the person and she promised to get back to me with a price. So far nothing. They don't get back to you regardless of phone calls or website questions.

Winter buy a Ford again.i have 2020 and 21 f150s got the new. 2020 have to have transmission reprogrammed at 35000 miles 2022 has 37000 miles doing same thing but it's also slipping . They give me apointment 18 days away. Why have a warranty if I have to wait 18 days then after you get to it in about a week you start work on it.

This place is absolute garbage 2 guys I know got terminated for absolutely nothing no writing warning neither verbal maybe because they were the only colored Guys in there that’s absolutely disgusting for a Dealership to do with their employees . NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL .

My experience with Tasca was wonderful. Salesman Jacob Buckley was overall professional and very easy to communicate with. Jacob is very proficient at what he does and never pushy. He always kept me up to date with the purchase of my knew vehicle. I highly recommend Jacob if your in the market for a new or used vehicle. I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle to give Tasca a shot and ask for Jacob.
