On 11/18 I had an appointment for 7am to check my brakEd. First the service rep was Curt with me because I didn't know if it was the front or rear brakes grinding. Then he called me at 9am when I was in the waiting room and told me i needed rear breaks. I inquired why he wasn't working on them in the last two hours.. he said they had a problem with another customers vehicle and will "go whip the mechanic to get my vehicle done." At 12pm I asked for the service manger and was told he is in a zoom meeting and I can go ask service rep what the status is with my vehicle. When I did he was again Rude to me saying, "he is putting the tires on now it's almost done. It is now 12pm and I am still waiting in the waiting room. This experience is Beyond disappointing.

I recently had my car serviced at Tasca Volvo dealership, and I was blown away by the level of customer service I received from Doug and Chris. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future car service needs! When purchasing a vehicle knowing you are going to get excellent customer service when it’s time to service your vehicle is very important and the Tasca Volvo Team makes that happen!

My 2023 Volvo XC60 was having an issue that required a software update by the dealer. I was given a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced and while it was only there for a short period of time, regular updates were given as to the status and a timeframe as to when it would be ready.From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The service staff, car rental representative and everyone I encountered were professional and friendly; it was a pleasure to do business with Tasca Automotive Group!

THIS IS A ZERO STAR RATING!If you want to wait one month for an appointment, only to wait a week to have it looked at, go ahead and take your chances. This is the second time I have had to wait an extended period of time to have my car serviced and then had to wait multiple days, before they even looked at it.On Monday morning at 0700 10/23, I dropped my 2014 Volvo off for an appointment that I waited a month for to have the AWD system warning addressed. Nothing heard on Monday, so Tuesday morning I called. Response was, "sorry, but they have not gotten to it yet." No when, or why, just sorry. I pushed to get an idea of how long and asked how many cars ahead of me. I was told 6 on Tuesday morning. When I mentioned, I needed the car for two Dr appointments on Tuesday, and I need a car, I was told that they would look into it to see what they could do. Again NOTHING heard.I had to have my 80 yr old father-in-law shuttle me around and then finally on Wednesday, I received a message saying "given the age of your car I shouldn't do this, but I can go ahead and get you a loaner. A day late and a $100 short! Then later in the afternoon I called back to get an update and I was told there were 2 cars ahead of mine. (If you are keeping track, that means they only serviced 4 cars on Wednesday. I do not know how they stay in business servicing 4 cars a day?)Thursday, I had to call again to leave a message to get an update. Got a call back saying "they're caught up and mine is next." So it's late Friday afternoon, nothing heard so I left another message.There must be only one mechanic, they are incompetent, or they are not being transparent and truthful. If someone has to wait one month for an appointment, the car should be in the queue immediately, or THEY should make sure to notify you otherwise, and tell you exactly when you can bring it in to be serviced instead of sitting around a week with no communication, no car, and having to scramble to make other arrangements.Do yourself a favor and find a good local mechanic, someone who will be open, honest, and care about YOU. You will save a ton of money and aggravation.

We have been using Tasca for a couple of years. My daughter just brought in her second Volvo to get several issues fixed. We have always dealt with Michael Jordan in the service dept and he has been wonderful and keeps us up to date throughout the day not only on the progress of the car but if any new issues arise. I highly recommend Tasca of Cranston.

I was in a fender bender and the other party was responsible. I hadn't been in that situation before, so I was lost about what the process would be when dealing with the insurance company. I went to Tasca Collision Center, and they helped me through the entire process from start to finish. The staff (Bob, Alexis and Pamela) were all very helpful and went above the standard expectations for this process. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to make sure they are taken care of after an auto accident.

I didn't order anything from them, it was my car in the database, they charged it and sent me spare parts, I was shocked when the spare parts arrived, I sent it back to them, they didn't return the money and are demanding that I pay for the Fedex return, I blocked the card and will never have them again buy nothing they are thieves and scammers and onThey don't answer the phone, don't buy here, they will steal your money and accuse you of taking something!!

Last two oil change appointments deserve a 5 star rating. Employees there are also super nice. This is a huge change from years ago when I had nothing but bad experiences at Tasca. Wonderful to see these changes!

I was in a pretty serious MVC on Friday the 8th. Having owned several Volvos previously, I knew this is what I wanted to get back into. I was very interested in the V90, prior to them becoming a cross country, and my husband and I found the absolute perfect one and phoned the dealership on Saturday. The sales department advised my husband that they had received the vehicle we were seriously interested in only a week ago but had to complete all necessary steps to ensure the car would be a CPO. We also requested more pictures as we live approximately 7 hours away but knew we’d likely purchase the car. Additionally, my husband offered to put a deposits to secure the vehicle as well. The sales department advised that they would be sending us more pictures “in a bit.” The following day was Sunday. My husband followed back up this date and was advised after multiple attempts to speak to a sales manager that the vehicle had been SOLD on Monday. We never received anything from the dealership and further they placed more photos online of the vehicle and never advised it was sold. Beyond disappointed and frustrated at the lack of professionalism.

Very unsatisfied!! The worst car buying experience I have ever had. I wish I could leave less than one star. I test drove the car I wanted and made an appointment almost a week later to pick it up. I showed up on time but had to wait almost half a day just to find out it wasn't ready! Really? After a week, you can't have it ready? Or at the very least, have the courtesy to call me to let me know before I show up for the appointment. Communication was very poor throughout the whole process, and I had to contact them for information regarding my car. They never called me. They "loaned" me a car to use until mine was ready and then charged me $127 for the "loaner"! Two days later my car was ready. I went to pick it up, and items I paid for that were supposed to be installed were not done! The excuse was, "Oh, didn't I tell you it's on back order?"I will never do business with them again and advise you to stay away!!Response to your reply:First, you get one chance to make a first impression, and you blew it!Second, you did not tell me a name of who I should contact? This is part of why I am so completely unsatisfied, I have to contact you, as I have had to do through this whole mess.It is very obvious to me that all you care about is money and care nothing about the customer.Signed,Screwed again by a car dealership.

My overall interaction with the service department was excellent. There are some intermittent difficulties with online scheduling (recommend calling instead) prior to the appointment, but outside of that I had a very good experience. I interacted with Carleen and Ed throughout the service appointment. They were prompt and professional. They also did a great job maintaining communication regarding my vehicle's service.

I had purchased a car here 13 years ago, in 2010. I was very satisfied with the service and vehicle. When I was ready to buy again I searched around, and eventually came back to Tasca. This time I worked with Lou Colon, who is a very charismatic, honest, and smart person. He made the whole process go well- from choosing the car to figuring out payments. He was realistic, up front with everything, and is really down to earth. Eli did my final paperwork, and he was also kind and knowledgeable. Overall it was a very good experience, and I’m so so happy with my car- 2020 Ford Escape.
