Promised a refund of $12.98 since approx. September 9th. After multiple phone calls to Swarovski's main customer service line and endless put offs and lies, am still sitting here without my promised refund!!! Customer relations department It's unfortunate that Swarovski offers such poor customer service. I contacted their customer service department both by phone and online, to dispute an undisclosed shipping delivery fee on my purchase/transaction. I provided the customer service agent proof that the stand shipping was free, in return I received an email reply stating that their website indicates the shipping is free for purchases of $75.00. I didn't ask for information about free shipping, completely disappointed. I will write a detailed letter addressing all of my concerns and will never purchase from Swarovski again.
