Always clean, organized, and fully stocked. Great product selections. Only downfall is Stop&Shop can be a little pricey unless you catch a sale on items you need.

It's OK. Normally packed. Sketchy people there from time to time. Not the cleanest. The meat is sketchy, last few times I've gone I've passed on meat or purchased the extra expensive meat from the butcher counter.

Craving beef stew so I stopped into this store since it was along my way home. Grabbed some produce, headed to the meat section. All the packs of stew beef were off color. I happened to glance at some steaks and they had big dark spots on them ?
Was gonna just pay for the produce and get meat elsewhere - but then when I went to put the potatoes I bought on the belt, one bag had a hole and they spilled everywhere, and the other had a nearly liquified rotten potato. It got all over my hand, and the stench was enough to ruin any appetite I might have had.
Unfortunately this isn’t an isolated incident with this chain as a whole. The number of times I’ve gotten produce that was rotting or food that immediately went moldy, etc. I only go to Stop and Shop as a last resort, but this trip might have been enough to put me off entirely.

I work for an outside vendor. I wanted to address how rude the morning manager is but there's a much more pressing problem. The BATHROOMS. ?
They are an absolute nightmare. I want to cry when I have to go in there. I hold my breath against the stench, tiptoe around puddles of water and urine, try to find the one toilet that isn't smeared in excrement and has toilet paper, and pray there's actually soap and I don't get hepatitis. The "dryer" is like someone with asthma is blowing lightly on your hands.
I go in there every week and find the same rotten fruit and chicken bones stashed in the shelves. No joke.
God help these poor workers!
Also like I said the manager is miserable and hard to work around. I'd give no stars if I could. So glad I don't actually work there lol.
I avoid actually shopping there.

Store is clean in most area's and the staff is plesent.How ever the public facilities at this location need some attention real bad .The smell that hits ya when you enter the mens bathroom is horrendous.The smell of urine needs attention as well as the spit stains running down the walls.It's truly gross.This is a grocery store not a pub or bar .This needs attention.

This place is outrageous. Not only is the meats rotten, the employees are super rude. I went there yesterday and the cashier tells me "its not my job to put the groceries in the bag" then proceeded to go on her phone?!?!? I was literally the only person in line so it's not like she had anything else to do. I dont recommend this place.
