I went to this t-mobile about 2 weeks ago for the new holiday offer they have of 4 lines for 25 each person and receive a iphone 15 with a trade in. A women employee, caramel color, told me they did not have that offer, which I thought was weird because it was being advertised, and I went to a different t-mobile and they were able to do it for me. The employee seemed lazy to begin with and stingy about the offer. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I Pay my phone bill here all the time! Got a free phone from them doing that. Great place to shop for the newest phones. Great sales as well.

I've been a T-mobile customer for about 3 years and I never had an excellent customer service experience like I did recently.T-mobile representative Jaison is excellent at providing great customer service. I had a few questions about my current plan and other T-Mobile mobile plans, and he answered all my questions with great details. (Thank you Jaison)This store location became my preferred store going forward.

This phone store is okay place to go look at new equipment and buy a phone and accessories. The big problem is the employees don't know anything about the phone products they're selling in this store and don't make any efforts to help customers..

Honestly considering how everything goes off credit it’s a hit or miss with anyone, I had fair credit and got an amazing deal problem is a lot of people depend so much on internet and when it slows down a bit it “sucks” tbh imo I had sprint 2xs and both times was not bad at all, they’re deals aren’t fake or lies you just have to have good credit, I got a phone for a good deal and low down payment and only pay 65 I like it and I can’t complain everyone there was nice to me and were professional 11/10 for everyone
