$7500 for a bed that breaks. Had it for 2 1/2 years. The remote has broken, the head lift has stopped working twice, the light works sometimes, customer service is horrible, on hold for 20-30 minutes with each call. Recently, the bed went flat again and again, and as a reward, we got to pay $350 for a replacement parts plus installation ( it’s a bed!) plus $179 for overnight shipping that took 4 days. We made 9 phone calls, to get the new air chambers shipped. It took 4 days to get our “overnight delivery” because local stores carry no spare parts. Warranty is a joke. Horrible awful terrible experience. Customer service is worse than cable. The techs that come out are very nice. The only bright spot in an otherwise miserable experience. Zero stars.

I am currently seeking a new mattress and thought of obtaining a sleep number. After reading these reviews and the shadiness of this company, I have elected to look elsewhere. Customer Service is high priority with me, and by the sounds of it this company cannot offer that . Off on my journey to find a quality mattress with good customer service.

This was our second Sleep Number bed purchase. Already knowing our sleep number, we were ahead of the curve. That time we spent with our initial purchase 21 years ago at the Providence Place Mall was not needed. After spending over an hour with Tim exploring our different options, we left to compare another bed. In the end, we called Tim back and purchased that same day. Tim already had our information in the computer which streamlined the sale process.

The Garden City Store is amazing and friendly..Our Salesperson David Brown was competent, knowledgeable and extremely patient.. We bought the bed of our dreams and helped us realize that we should look at the adjustable.. We did, we saw how much more comfortable it would be.. Who ever is training your staff is doing an amazing job, However it the people your hire, David is a gem!!

I have had the bed for a few months. It goes flat every night now. I waited for a month for a tech to come out to do nothing. I have been on the phone for hours trying to get bed fixed. Now I am trying to get my money back. Oh good news, they will not give my money back. Another hour on the phone. DO NOT BUY THIS BED!!!

Very welcoming and pressure free. We were left alone to explore and test all the beds. When we were ready to ask questions they were ready with all the answers. Yes we bought a bed and are waiting for our delivery.

I purchased the top level split King bed and loved it. I got hurt, broken ankle and torn ligaments and tendons in my knee. I couldn't get upstairs to my sleep number bed so I bought a queen for the guest bedroom since I was gonna be 4+ months in the first floor. That constitutes roughly $12,000 in beds. Fast forward to now. I can manage the stairs so I'm back to my king size and I am so disappointed. I purchased their remote as the app for the phone sucks. Every night, I get and error 3160, I spend an hour resetting the bed and factory resetting the remote hoping u can actually raise the head and feet eventually. I regret ever having made these purchases except that the sleeping is so good. I call customer service which I now find out is handled by a 3rd party company. They are not helpful or knowledgeable, they are also pretty rude when they don't have an answer. They pass you around until you get disconnected. Based on this service, I would never recommend this to anyone and I will definitely never buy another bed from Sleep Number. Sleep Number, you had a loyal cash spending customer and you blew it. I might as well buy a cheaper version if I'm gonna be upset and disgruntled. At least I'll save some money. You are the worst.
