they sell tobacco to minors all the time but refuse to sell to people they know are of age but forgot their ID, i think it's a very poor business model, encouraging kids to use drugs

The woman who frequently works during the weekdays is kind and friendly. I have witnessed her dealing very calmly and professionally with an upset customer as well.
