Our experience with Ruggieri was fantastic - from the sales process to the install, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The timeline they gave us for our special order carpet runner and install was spot-on. The installers were timely, friendly, and neat. Above all else, the end result looked great and was exactly what we hoped for - I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone.

We have been using Ruggieri's for many years. Sales and Selection remains a good quality experience, however the installation has become complicated due to various reasons, they have been made aware of.

Ruggieri was here this weekend and I can’t express how professional and helpful they were. Their knowledge was by far the best I could possibly get. Fabio and Jimmy couldn’t have been nicer and knew exactly what I needed to make a beautiful staircase.

Recently we had carpet and tile installed in our family room. . After a few mild hiccups In scheduling the project was completed beyond our expectations. The installer Simon was courteous and professional throughout. Whenever there was a minor problem, Fabio the Ruggieri representative was right on top of the situation. He went out of his way to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the work. All in all we are extremely pleased with our new flooring from Ruggieri Carpet.

We had a great experience with Ruggieri Carpet. The staff at the store were very professional, greeting us as soon as we walked in. Diane new the products and helped us pick out the best carpet and pad for us. The whole experience from the store to getting measured and installed was very professional. The communication with us was during the process was good. The installers were on time and did a great job.I recommend Ruggieri Carpet

Extremely satisfied with customer service and product! Installers broke a picture by accident and Fabio made sure we were taken care of. Got my wife and I a gift card for dinner and also fixed the picture for us! Couldn’t be happier.
