I would give it a zero if I could. Brought my fathers ring there and got totally screwed. Wish I had read the reviews first. Place was empty and dirty. Amazing they stay in business. Don't believe the radio adds. Stay away.

I brought some jewelry in to trade for cash. The next night I was regretting one particular piece for sentimental reasons as it belonged to mother. I sent Vlad an email and figured it was a long shot. He replied immediately the next morning and offered me the chance to buy it back for what he paid me for it. He even held it for me for a week because I wasn't able to get there sooner. I came in and was feeling a little embarrassed and Mike reassured me that it happens a lot and made me feel better. I appreciated the kindness and professionalism that this business displayed. I highly recommend them.

Absolute scum. Avoid this place like the plague. A run down and dirty craphole. No jewelry in here to be sold. They are just here to scam as much money as they can from you. There is no competive pricing just a phony "weighing on the scale". I got screwed so I am warning you. They will ANYTHING to make a buck. No integrity. They should be reported to every state and federal agency.

Absolute thieves. The make a living out of stealing money from people.I brought in an 18 karat gold ring for appraisal. At the time I was not aware - they said they check it. They wound up giving me third of what the ring was actually worth. This is a common theme if you look at their reviews.

I stopped in to sell some jewelry I recently inherited. I had some of the pieces appraised, including a diamond engagement ring. When I showed him the ring, he offered me $500, and said that I would be lucky if anywhere else would give me anything near that. The ring was appraised for $8800. Thank God I had the appraisal. I brought it elsewhere and received a fair price for it. Save yourself the frustration and STAY AWAY!!!

I needed my son's gold chain fixed. They were very nice & helpful I explained he was leaving today to go away & really wanted to wear it. They really hooked me up & even polished it. Great Job! Great Place! Great People who work there. Definitly use them again in the future..Highly recommend them..Thanks again you made my son happy!

Mike was wonderful to work with while picking out my fiance's engagement ring. He was nothing but professional and helpful, and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to buy from a "non-Zales" location. I've also had great experiences selling old unwanted jewelery.Regarding all the negative reviews about this place, Vlad, while quiet, is a great person to deal with. Negative reviews sound like people trying to take advantage of a small business owner and got rejected. This is a jewelry store, not a pawn shop. Grow up, people. Grandma's ring might not be worth as much as you think it is, regardless of your sentimental attachment to it :)

Can't be trusted !!! This old man stole my only diamond . I took it from my mothers dead body. It was my memory. He replaced it with the peace of glass so "professionally", fast and easy. Couldn't even blink. That's how they "work" !!! Jewelers don't afraid of God. But they have to !!! My mother watches for them now from Haven ! Watch out! I don't recommend this place . They are THIEFS !

Very disappointed with this place. I had fine vintage jewelry (gold and diamonds) given to me by my grandmother that I was looking for the cash value to put towards my future fiancé ring. Multiple 14k necklaces, diamond tennis bracelet (6 carats worth of Diamonds), diamond earrings & gold earrings. I was basically told it wasn't worth anything. I wanted a second opinion so I took my stuff to another jeweler & they offered me 4,600.00 so in my opinion I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Visited Roman Jewelers to get a price on upgrading my diamond earrings, that they appraised a year ago for $3400.00 ,But according to Vlad, was only worth $600 ,yet the same tw stud earrings in his case where priced over $5000.00. He spoke to me and treated me like I was a peon. Like I was wasting his time. I will never go back to that place nor will I ever recommend them. Not friendly and misleading radio commercials!

I highly recommend visiting Vlad if you're in the market for buying or selling Jewelry. I came in with a hunk of junk, and walked out with a stack of cheese. I'll definitely be coming back soon!
