Beware! I have purchased multiple plants from them with mealybug infestations! I keep trying to reach management and no one returns my calls/emails. I have to throw away thousands of dollars worth of plants because of this place!

Been going here/ordering from here for about 6 months. Customer service in store is... practically non-existent. Trying to get anyone to help you or answer questions is difficult or nobody is available. It feels like they are satisfied tending to their existing customers (they are clearly working on plenty of big orders) and don't really care about new customers even when you are spending thousands per month here. The only exception to this seems to be Lori Hartley who has been very helpful. Thanks Lori.

Beautiful place with an enormous selection of fresh plants and flowers. The staff is wonderful and make you feel welcome. I'm a former employee so my review might come off as biased but I wouldn't leave a good review if I didn't believe you would be a satisfied customer. It is an excellent place to work, I miss it so much and I highly recommend Carbones if you are looking for a great place to work, in addition to an excellent wholesale florist!

Ordered disinfectant online for a store pick up, paid for the order. A few days later I received a call, and I’m thinking it’s to pick up. I was wrong. The customer service rep called to tell me that bottles had gone up and my order will be approximately $25 more, even though I had already paid, and the higher price wasn’t listed on the website. I asked if they would honor the price that was on the website since I had I already paid for the order. She said she could not. I told her to cancel the order. A few hours later I received another voicemail, same rep. She said she’d talk to the manager and the best they could do was $12 more for the order…that I had already paid for. I never returned the call. This is unethical, bad business and horrible customer service. As a first time customer, I was looking to purchase a substantial amount of merchandise over the next few weeks for a new program we were launching, but not anymore. They’ve lost a customer forever and future sales, in hopes of getting $25. I hope it was worth it.

Very beautiful and wide variety of flowers and materials. Unfortunately, that's the extent of my compliments. Getting a hold of someone to place orders is a nightmare! And the rudeness of the receptionist there on 8.2.2021 is of another caliber! I can't tell you how many emails I've sent and voice messages I've left that go unanswered. Add in the fact that they close at 5:00 pm on weekdays and are only open Saturday mornings, and there's literally no chance of getting there while they're open due to our work hours and weekend events. The last time we were there, the receptionist told us that they rent tabletop decor and altar structures.I literally sped through traffic 45 minutes today and arrived at 4:57 to rent items for a wedding next week, only for the receptionist to say, "You need to call. We close in 2 minutes and we need to go home." I was livid and explained how we've been trying to call and email for months but no one has been getting back to us. Only then did she ask, "Well what do you want?" I told her I needed to place a rental order. Then she finally called someone who said they don't rent anything but plants. And apparently someone else who complained about the time because she responded with, "I know, I told them we were closing and need to go home." And, again, after hanging up with that call, told us," We can't help you. We need to go home." Seriously?! This is how business is run here?!Recommendations to whomever at RJ Carbone is reading this:* Please consider staying open until 6:00 PM on at least one weekday* Please designate sales people to customers with direct contact information to place orders and instruct on how orders should be made* Hire receptionists who can actually assist customers, and hire receptionists who care about your customers rather then those who are flat out rude to them and only care about "going home".
