Avoid doing business with this company!I visited the store and worked with Ian Michael. I explained what I needed and he insisted on my purchasing a very expensive tile ($61.00 per sheet). I asked numerous questions as the tile contained marble and mother of pearl. Ian Michael assured me that this was the perfect choice.I ordered 9 square feet; he ordered 23 sheets!I was charged $1,403.00 for tile for a 2x3 backsplash.I had a very reputable company install the tile. It looked terrible as it did not fit together well due.to a manufacturing error. The installer returned the next day and spent 10 hours reinstalling new tile to no avail as not only did the tile contain manufacturing errors, it was not meant for this application.When I contacted Rhode Island tile, I was told that this was MY problem and they refused to help me in any way.I was mislead by the salesman, cheated by the company, and taken advantage of in every way.Please don’t patronize this business!

So much tile & such knowledgeable staff. I was looking for tile to go with my new countertop & cabinets & had a vision. Within minutes Meri selected 2 perfect choices & suggested the grout to match. I was very pleased. I intend to purchase the tile there & am certain that interaction will also go well.

I don't need to explain anything just see the pictures.If you want my honest opinion, don't go to this place 1st person helping us is good (Iran). The 2nd(Cheryl ) one gives me a headache and does not help at all plus, she not warning us about other tiles that came with problems.Junk tile.Stay away from this company....

I want to start by saying that I've had a great experience in the past working with RI Tile and agree they have great products. Today however was shockingly bad. As I was looking at tiles a sales woman with her customers closes what I was looking at an proceeds to show her customers the products I was looking at. She never said excuse me or asked if she could interrupt for a minute or displayed anything resembling manners. When the issue was brought to her attention she simply stated that she was hyper focused on her customers and seemed incensed that someone would actually point out her poor behavior.

Truck driver!15 pallets in 30 minutes in and out!Nice and organized people!Enough space for back up!Gates most likely closed for overnight parking, 20 miles on south pretty big TA.

Friendly service and staff, especially my boy Lex Luther. My go to spot for all my tile needs, ever since Best Tile laid off Matt who was their best employee.. and the new guys won't help you at all, and always give me the wrong stuff including the manager there who has zero business sense or experience with the trade.Shoot me an email if you need a contractor in MA or RI.

I went out of the way to buy a certain grout that the home centers do not carry and I had a major grout malfunction. The sales staff did everything they could to make it right while waiving costs on the replacement product. Customer service was beyond phenomenal especially as I am a retail customer and do not have an account at RI tile. They saved my project big time
