My wife Donna bought a Jeep at Tasca Ford Cranston, about a month ago. $40,000 , paid cash. They were supposed to buff out some scratches and didn’t. We were supposed to get 2 keys fobs and only got one. We’ve gone back to the dealership several times and still don’t have the key fob. The salesman, Emanuel, said it would be in on August 1st. We called him today… still no key fob. This dealership is giving us the old run around, sending us back and forth between departments. Their motto is satisfaction guaranteed!! What a joke! Don’t bother buying a car here…I bought my car at Herb Chambers in Seekonk, excellent experience! We should have gone there.

I am disgusted by this entire company. We purchased a vehicle about a year ago and the process was a nightmare as soon as they had the deposit. Delays in being able to pick up, paperwork not being properly filed, and then they didn’t give my husband any of the documents he signed. No proof of purchase, no bill of sale, etc. absurd. Now he takes the car in the get fixed under his extended warranty, gets his complimentary loaner and is told to bring his EZ pass as there are charges if he doesn’t. The failed to mention extra steps we have to go through and having the EZ pass in the vehicle is not enough. He crosses the Newport bridge twice a day for work. 6 tolls that should have cost has less than a dollar a piece are now $150 because they did not properly inform him. Completely disgusting the way this company does business.

I purchased a F350 in February with a signed understanding that they would provide a second key to the truck. It's now April and I still don't have the key, they don't return phone calls either. I called 3 other Ford dealers in the area and everyone of them has keys in stock but Tasca says they can't get them. The purchase process was horrible. The Business Manager I dealt with Zine Bentoudja was condescending and arrogant. If I owned that business he'd be fired. I wanted the extended warranty for the truck. His price was nearly $5000.00. I bought the same Ford warranty on line for a fraction of that price. If I didn't need the truck I would have walked away for this dealer.

Just Bought a Ford.. Omg.. lol.. What started out as a call from Sales Manager Orlando and Jake following up ended very well. Jake gave me great salesmanship and shared with me his personal cell allowing me to move quickly on the purchase. Jake continued to give me the play by play and was affable and assisted us in any way he could. We were able to move quickly and from a Monday viewing to a Friday pickup all went fairly smoothly. Thank you Jake for making all things go as well as they could. Thank you for all the follow up and making myself and my wife feel Tasca really cared for us as customers and buyers!

Sales Team was great during initial lease . However Service department needs a lot of work and help. I have been rescheduled time after time for routine and milestone service. Unbelievable and quite frank ridiculous at this point. Buyer BEWARE

Let me start this review by I absolutely positively hate car shopping and this was a very good non-drawn out experience that I appreciate it due to the fact, I needed a vehicle from getting in a auto accident.....Went in to check out a Lincoln MKX that I had research online and I was called back by Amber who was very nice and understanding as my schedule kept changing throughout the day when I did arrive, they gave me to cannon brian he was very professional and pleasant to deal with i didn't feel pressured and I purchased and beautiful Lincoln mkx that Im very happy with and peter the finance guy was very easy and professional and made the process stress free. Highly recommendedHappy customer!

Jake Buckley was fantastic to work with. Stayed in constant communication and we were able to get a deal done quickly. I had an appointment to drop off my Ford Escape overnight for a recall but I didn't have a ride to and from Tasca. I called to reschedule and was told I could keep my appointment and that someone would give me a ride home and pick me up in the morning. I was really surprised to hear they had that service. That is a fantastic service and everything worked out perfectly. You can buy a car anywhere but I think you would be hard pressed to find a better service department than Tasca in Cranston. Highly recommend!

Orlando (sales rep) was extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient with us. Mike from finance was also really great to work with and even walked us back to Orlandos desk when we were finished with paperwork, even though we knew where we were going!The dealership was nice and clean and very well organized in terms of employees knowing what they were doing and processes very well ironed out. The lunch ticket was a great touch as we were starving. The ladies up there in the cafe were wonderful as well.

Arrived at noon on Saturday and was out with new car by 5pm. I did extensive research to trade the Lincoln MKC that I loved in for something bigger for our growing family. I trucked my family up to Tasca because they have more than one location in the northeast and I thought we could utilize that as a resource should we not find something on the lot.This place had multiple options from our list and the two specific trucks we were really hoping for![Took Thursday off to shop for a car and ALL the dealerships between Johnston and Warwick had ZERO of the cars we were looking for (about 10 options!)]We test drove a 22 Lincon Aviator and the 22 Ford Explorer King Ranch.Fell in love the with latter, in white - the color I was looking for, and immediately started the paperwork.The process was long, as they are, but they have a nice little sandwich shop upstairs and plenty of outdoor space to stretch your legs. Kenneth caught me before we walked towards the door, got us the keys for the two vehicles, and we were off test driving in under 10 minutes.Peter was very personable for the finance portion, we were pleased with his demeanor, as well as Kenneth. Friendly but professional. All while our almost 3 year old started to melt down at the top of each hour! :)Left with a brand new truck, with all of our Need, Want, Like, and Wish Lists covered for a VERY fair price and a great price for my trade in.

I have serviced my vehicle at many different places. Until I came to the quick lane at Tasca. From the mechanics to the Gentleman Adam at the service desk the service was impeccable. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I will only service my vehicles there from now on !!
