Good products and shipping rates Customer service is not as good. Rep made mistake in the order, sent us extra stuff and charged extra $300. it's been 10 days, refund haven't been processed yet even though extra products were picked up shortly after delivery. They keep telling me they are trying their best to expedite the refund. Plus we were supposed to get a complimentary product with the shipment as part of the deal. Still haven't got it, the rep cannot tell when we will get it either. It is not the end of the world but having done business with other vendors this doesn't seem right.
