Thanks to the crew for including me in a last-minute booking! I made a booking call late on Friday night and was able to plan my move for Sunday. The movers arrived on schedule, and they even contacted me 15 minutes in advance to let me know they would be there shortly.

My best moving experience to date! The guys were professional, kind, on time, and extremely cautious with all I had! When it came time to make the payment, there were no surprises and the quotation I received was accurate. They take special care to safeguard the goods they are transporting as well as your flooring and rugs. Very pleased and would definitely use this business again.

The three men that showed up to assist us in packing our moving vehicle were excellent. They were industrious and skilled at packing the vehicle to the brim with everything that could fit inside. I was really pleased with the online service, the agent who phoned me back, and the two movers who helped with the move. The movers arrived on schedule and were polite and skilled. Everything arrived undamaged, the bed was put together, and the other furniture was arranged as per my desire.

The staff were really kind and productive. I've moved both domestically and internationally, but this is just the second domestic move I've been wholly satisfied with. They gave excellent interior design advice and handled our household items with genuine care, which I very appreciated.

Their automated messaging system, office personnel, and movers remained in touch well on the days preceding and on the day of the move. This was true even when a technical issue sprang up while they were traveling to my origin address. I have already suggested this service to my colleagues and will without a doubt utilize it when I make my next scheduled move in a few years.

Excellent long-distance moving experience from Cranston to Newport. The ease of use of the online system for choosing services was particularly appreciated, as was the pre-move follow-up. They supported me while I moved! They were excellent men, and their communication was excellent. To assist me, they went above and above. I overestimated how long it would take to disassemble beds and wrap everything, so I started to worry that overtime could be required. When I told them, they rushed and assisted me in coming up with ideas to finish them sooner!
