Always perfect service! I have sent friends and relatives to Premier and they were also very pleased with their kitchens. You will not get the same quality for their prices anywhere!

Contacted them to begin the process for kitchen and bath remodel. Explained where we were in the process. The owner felt there were two many involved though we have only two interested parties to do the work. Then the person on the phone requested my name and number when clearly the owner was not interested. The CSR informed me they do most of their work through referrals. Waste of my time.

My wife and I recently purchased $13,600.xx worth of Medallion gold standard cabinets from Premier. While I know the quality doesn't reflect on them because they don't build them. When we had half the kitchen come in with so much damage and such poor quality straight from the manufacturer they just ordered us the ones that were damaged, which when they came in were just as bad if not worst then the first time around. They said this was an exceptionally bad case and that this rarely happens. They did not offer us any kind of compansation or services to try and make it right. So now months later we are still trying to get doors and other parts that were not repairable by the company they provided to make the cabinets in their words "as close to new as possible". I don't remember buying and paying for cabinets that were close to new. Also Medallion is not offering anything either after going back and forth for about 2 months now. Hopefully others don't run into the same nightmare I'm having.

I have been using Premiere Kitchen since 1995 and I am proud to say that both personally and professionally I have done at least (100) kitchens with them. The most important thing to me is that how I am treated with the same amount of time and enthusiasm whether I am putting in a small kitchen for one of my apartments and looking to remodel kitchens in my previous homes, Mike, Doris, Rene and David are a class act that TRUST is just a given when you walk into their showroom. It's been 24 years of great business together and I look forward to the next 24!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish! David worked with me to design my dream kitchen and answered all my questions. I finished off my project by ordering my new cabinet hardware from them as well! Thank you for making my kitchen remodel a pleasant experience!

They guaranteed a perfect fit, but measured off by 3 inches - changed sink cabinet from a 36 to 33 inch, added a filler that doesn't look like it belongs, didn't account for upper cabinets not being centered around new size sink, so we needed to fill in space there. Not happy with how it turned out or the cost that we incurred.
