I did their monthly pass for around 6 months and while it's a good deal price-wise, there are better options for the same price. There is always something broken here which is a constant inconvenience, specially as someone who wants to do a drive-thru wash. I'd have to wait for someone to come enter my info into the computer and let me in.Also the drying brush at the end of the tunnel is always very dirty and ended up making my windshield gross so I'd have to use my fluid and wipes after every wash.Another thing I didn't like is that since my car is so low, some of the brushes and stuff didn't fully reach my car so I often had to go thru multiple times and even then my car was not sufficiently clean, specially towards the back.I'm also skeptical about the different levels of wash and I'm pretty sure everyone gets the same thing regardless of what they pay for. I can't be sure on this tho but just a hut feeling and what I've observed.Cancelling my plan was also a bit annoying because their online form is broken, no one replies to emails and no one answers the phone. It was easy and hassle-free in person tho so I did appreciate that. I cancelled my plan for a better drive thru car wash in the area and I'm paying the same price per month. Total upgrade

Best car wash in RI well that was before the manger left and went to another location now it's going down hill nothing works something always wrong with vacuums or car wash is shut down no one helps when there a problem just bad ..

I have a platinum car wash subscription. Almost every time I go (about twice a week) some part of the car wash is broken, which doesn't usually affect the car wash in a significant way.For almost two weeks about half the car wash has been broken. It should not be open in this condition.If I was paying the full price for the car wash I would absolutely ask for a refund and if not accepted, then chargeback my credit card.My car isn't getting cleaned, it's not even getting rinsed. My car is basically just getting scratched by the mostly soapless rollers.Most people are pulling right back in to the car wash to go for a second time.I attached photos of some of (not all) the broken equipment today.+1 star for replacing the license plate readers with ones that are working consistently

I have a medium sized SUV and have purchased the unlimited monthly car wash. For at least a past few months the soap is not getting rinsed off the top sides of my roof. I have even pulled back in to show the employees and was told they would notify management. I can clearly see when going through the car wash some of the top sprayers for rinsing are not working and/or aiming sideways. Unfortunately, I will cancel and go elsewhere if they don’t repair it.

Updated to include details in answer to owners request: The payment machines when you drive up don't work well, and required an employee to stand next to the machine to press the buttons. She had to try inserting my card 3 times to get it to work. The machine also couldn't give me a receipt so the worker had to go inside to print me out a receipt and she was not happy about that. The employee was very rude throughout this process. When I left there were 3 workers each standing by the 3 payment machines helping customers, so it wasn't just the machine I was using. When I have driven by other times I see the same thing, so clearly the machines are not great. Most of the other car washes I have been to (scrubadub and new imagine are just two examples) have machines that work perfectly and don't require a worker to help. What is the point of the machine if you need an employee to do it anyway? My final issue was that the vacuums had almost no suction to them. I tried multiple ones and all of them seemed like they had something lodged in them clogging up the suction.

I signed up for the $44.95 a month, Diamond package. I'm definitely not impressed with the way it washes my car. I still have to hand dry it and still end up needing to take a lot of the dirt off that's left around the bottom of the car. It says wheel brightener is used, but my tires and rims still came out looking pretty dirty. Where's the tire shine? I use my car in the city, so it's not like I'm bringing it to the car wash filthy with dirt and mud to begin with. The only good thing about this car wash is the free vacuums!!

First time and it will be the last!! Never going back. My hood/ roof on my vehicle got scatched up, they told me the boss will contact me after gathering all my information and haven't heard from anyone since. They also checked the footage and didn't notice the scratches before my vehicle went in. If your car/ truck is Black I don't recommend that car wash. Horrible experience on my end.

Please do not go to this car wash. Your car will get scratched up and it does not leave your car clean. Also the lady that was there today was rude and didn’t want to help. My father wanted to give her the license plate number of our old car and she said she couldn’t help us even. Paying 40 a month and not being able to get my car wash is horrible. I will be canceling my membership.

Overall quick and easy car wash. Free vacuum with your wash. I got the monthly pass. Worth it for sure. Only issues I have had have been broken vacuums and they open at 7 but have waited till 7:20 on numerous occasions before they let you in.
