I have seldom found a more reliable, and (especially) HONEST repair shop to bring my vehicles! Not only have I been going to see Jimmy & his efficient staff for years, but it should also be noted that I live almost 45min away, & thus must make 2 round trips with my wife every time I drop off a vehicle.So why do I drive so far? Two basic reasons: #1. I fully TRUST the knowledge & integrity of the owner, Jimmy.#2. I know the work will be done to his exact standards, and for a fair price!Truly, does anything else matter?

A friend recommended Passport when my van was hit with considerable damage to the driver’s side. Jimmy and his team repaired it better than it looked before. There’s no indication it has even been repaired. The office staff was friendly and explained the process well. Extra bonus was getting it back detailed ? After my van was involved in a hit and run and the guy was located, a friend referred us to Passport. Jimmy and his team were great. They repaired everything and it looks brand new. Extra bonus, I got it back detailed.

Every time I use Passport Autobody I leave even more amazed. Jimmy and the crew are AMAZING! When I got my truck back after an accident IT LOOKED BETTER THAN THE DAY I BOUGHT IT!!. Even my friends marveled at how good it looked! I would never think of going to another body shop!

Left a good review for fixing a windshield leak but the leak was not fixed. The folks told me they couldn't get me a replacement windshield but I went elsewhere and got one the same week. They were very friendly and seemed like they tried their best but not the folks to go to for a leak.
