Very professional group. Before the first infusion they explained the procedure over the phone and answered all of questions. On my first visit they again explained the procedure and potential side effects. They were very attentive throughout the infusion and asked me if I wanted something to drink or a snack. The whole procedure went very smoothly.

The person that came to deliver my husband supplies was very nice,We weren’t home yet for the delivery and I asked the driver if he could leave them on my side porch instead of on my front steps he told me absolutely I was very Thankful

Absolutely horrible. It's been 2 years that I've been trying to have them put the bill through insurance. I've called multiple times, they cannot pull up my daughter as it comes up as someone else, they transfer me to "someone in the states", they say they're "in a meeting" and will call me back. It's been 26 months and I call monthly and no one has run the account through insurance or called me back. So much for them escalating the issue. This company is a complete joke. Oh, and the automated system is awful, the numbers they tell you to press don't do anything but loop you around and when you get in touch with someone half the time they tell you to call another number and then that directs you to call the number you called initially. At least I've caught onto that part of the scam. Don't believe a single word that anyone there says, even supervisors.

In my experience as an independent delivery agent for this pharmacy, I give it 4 stars. The compassion for the patients and the devotion to the job, always willing to improve, is outstanding.

Infusion service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The space is comfortable, quiet, and they have drinks and snacks available for patients. That isn't common.

Every week something is missing, it's ridiculous and putting patients lives at risk. This company needs to learn how to make sure everything needed is packed. So sick of their incompetence causing stress because of their failure to properly pack the order correctly. I could see if it was a mistake once but every week it's a different mistake. Then you get we'll have it shipped right away which takes hours when you need it ASAP.

I would give this company no stars if that was an option. My client was swiched to this service after a merger with bio script. They have never arraived within their delivery window late by hours. We have had mislabeled medications which get delivered the following week after the error was brought to their attention with the same mislabeling. Multiple IV and TPN bags with holes in them. Small doses of medications drawn up in large syringes .5ml in a ten cc syringe. Then when the accuracy of their ability to measure such small doses in such a large syringe was questioned the pharmacist had the gall to argue their actions were "company policy". I have no idea how such an incompetent and useless company is still in buisness. Absolute nightmare every week. Missing supplies wrong supplies and damaged supplies delivered late are all I have seen out of this group.
