“I went to change my phone service to AT&T from Qlink. Just getting in touch with Qlink was difficult. It took a while but through out it all everyone very perfessional and friendly. Even offered a cool drink of water. I am a senior and they were very patient and never made me feel stupid. Definitely a 5 star visit.”

I told her my reasoning for being there, and while she was on the phone with customer care, the assistant store manager, Ivette, came and provided service. “I had a wonderful experience today at Verizon with an employee named Jason. I needed an upgrade and had a lot of issues with my phone. I’m not technologically savvy and Jason helped me out tremendously. He made everything seem so easy and I was so grateful for his help.
